Apparently TEI ideal levels changed back in the day because they were made to by the fda or similar. Arl’s didn’t though. I think ARL ideal levels are the accurate ones.

I didn’t take any boron.. just sodium/potassium/whole food vit c and then some of that mitosynergy copper later in the day. My potassium was 1 and sodium 2

Same shit happened to me on this latest tei test. My potassium and sodium went up from 1 along with boron. I think boron elimination pushes those 2 higher. I have sodium/potassium inversion as well now. All my symptoms got a lot better tho.
