Oh yeah those too man. I knew I was forgetting some. TSH too maybe.
Gotta do it man. My endo will test whatever I want I think --- some of the above I mentioned and also send me for urology scans (later). She told me to try and follow the rules tho, as I told her I wrote in the extras before. But it was worth it --- there are tons of family doctors and others, if they can't help you with your needs, gotta find a different place.
The system is definitely some bullshit, I've been Kafkaesque forever now.
