"Honestly, it was so long ago, i dont even remember. I personally dont think propecia changed/affected my face. I wouldve known immediately if something happend to my facial features."

Depending how vain or no-vain you are (not that vanity is a great trait), I think you'd mostly notice it bro.
My face changed anyways as I got leaner. But I think I can tell after finasteride, some mostly minor (compared to some of the worse cases) facial changes. Your changes are probably miniscule or mostly reversed. I think facial changes from PFS are either jaw shrinkage, chin, cheekbone shrinkage, less under-eye area support, changes in facial fat (fat atrophy), or nothing... I looked into this a bit.

Effexor made me gain weight - that was like 8-10 years ago, I definitely remembered it. I think facial changes you'd recognize even if it was a long long time ago.
Like my face definitely changed as in mid 20's or 20s compared to 17 or so (aging), also I look more gaunt a bit when really skinny. Or that's what others say at least.

Most don't say that my face has changed, but I don't think they're really looking at it... I did show a series of pics to a surgeon - they think/thought then I'm crazy tho...
so it is biased (plus I know them).
