People always say "No it does not work!". They have all kinds of why's of why it does not work and that they are victim and cannot change it.
Very typical. That is why I see it is a mental pattern and not something REAL. This is an illusion. We live in a simulation. Remember that.
When you say that you are really saying: "No I do not want to leave this mental prison, leave me locked up!" Someone gives you a key but you are so scared to even entertain the thought it could be real and that you could step out of it. Because you do not know any better. You have been living in that prison for your whole life. It is not just with PFS. It is with everything in life. People are raised as slaves.
Most people have a slave mindset. They want authority and NEED it. This is why a lot of people have problems. They have ZERO FAITH in themselves. ZERO. You see it on this other non-PFS forums too.
People are so scared to have faith in own body that they cling to a guy like gbolduev. They want authority. Without it they feel lost and insecure.
Not having faith in yourself will make you cling to authority figures.
This is an issue. Luckily gbolduev is a good guy and helpful. But it is very telling of most people's mindset. They cannot walk alone. They do not have any courage. I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS LIKE THAT. Sometimes I still struggle with it. I don't just talk out of my ass.
I know you are in bad state of mind. I was too. 100%. I had deep depression and anxiety feelings on daily basis. But eventually I just started focussing 100% on recovery and consciously adopting positive mindset. Instead of staying in victim mindset. And even while I did not feel good I started feeling better. Even though my symptoms were still there.
Then I felt better and started have more energy. Just from adopting that mindset. And I started looking for solutions. And trying things out.
Most guys I see that recovered tried things themselves. Adopted positive mindset or already had it naturally. Even in very hard times with a lot of anxiety they did this. So it is possible. If cdnuts can do it, you can. If aztec can do it, you can. YOU ARE HUMAN JUST LIKE THEM.
Good luck my friends. I will be back in 2 months. Hopefully I will see some positive/potential PFS recovery stories then. See you then.
