It feels like some sort of estrogen reception, atp, hydrogen production is just so high I literally need tons of biotin and have to take copper to handle really what’s happening here.
Now what’s happening often in Oligoscans is low vitamin D and low folate.
I’m wondering if it’s a true D deficiency or VDR issue . I have not supped with D for months.
Need bloodwork done badly. Was thinking one more cycle of SLU first but I think I wanna do the bloods on Monday.
Histamine really bad tonight and today. Feel I really needed to take that copper cuz of it.
