Can everyone post a comment about the specifics of your ARL/TEI routine after answering the poll, as in if you skip days or do not follow the recommendations exactly - why and how is that working for you??. thanks

I have a friend diagnosed with idiopathic Portal Vein Thrombosis There is no cure. They just put him on blood thinners and hope it opens the vessel. But this only works 50% of time. He is in soooooo much pain. Not expecting any hits on this but just in case anyone has any ideas??? @Helen...
