    Electrolyte Protocol Log/List

I think it would be really handy to have specific instructions - not because people are too lazy to read, etc., but because it would be important to be confident that everyone has done the same things.

    Electrolyte Protocol Log/List

I'd like to join! PSSD case here. To confirm, we just need the "Required" ingredients listed in the first post (and perhaps the "Optional" ones too)? Is there any guidance as to how much we'll be taking each day? I'd like to know how much of each ingredient I need to buy. Also, if I order...

ZINC FINGER THEORY DISCUSSION for PFS - 2 cases

Congratulations mate. Really happy for you! Thanks for the offer to post what worked for you. I know what you mean about everything being here on the website, but as someone still figuring out what exactly to do, it's really gratifying to see success stories. Being in a dark place as a lot of...

ZINC FINGER THEORY DISCUSSION for PFS - 2 cases

This is an extract of my Nutrahacker report: Note that despite the description above about homocysteine levels, I do have another gene that encodes for high homocysteine levels. So despite this all linking to MTHFR, I am not sure if methylation problems lead to PFS or PSSD...

ZINC FINGER THEORY DISCUSSION for PFS - 2 cases

Interesting! I have a gene that leads to elevated homocysteine levels - here's my thread: PSSD and DNA testing - potential genes of interest So that leads to impaired synthesis of neurotransmitters... plus, I have impairments to my MAO genes which results in even higher neurotransmitters...

PSSD and DNA testing - potential genes of interest

I recently got a DNA test and ran my raw results through Promethease (you can do that for free for the next week or two). Found some potentially interesting genes that I carry. I wonder how many people also carry these genes? I'm very curious about trying to narrow thing down and identify...

Hi @gdolduev - for what it's worth, I have PSSD, but I have low progesterone. My testosterone levels are very low.

ZINC FINGER THEORY DISCUSSION for PFS - 2 cases

Wow. When applying Canesten (Clotrimazole and hydrocortisone) at night, I often feel a lot better then next day. I also regularly get skin fungal infections (ringworm), but I wash twice a day with soap and so I don't know why I get that. Interesting.

Okay, I'll check out how to do a hair test. Thanks freeflow! What treatment protocol are you trying for your low progesterone?

Thanks for your reply, IHateFin! My prolactin is 148 mIU/L (range: 85-500), so it seems to be fine. I’ve read some of the theories here and there seems to be a connection suggested between high potassium and low progesterone, but my potassium level is 3.9 nmol/L (range: 3.5-5.5), so that...

Thanks for the welcome, Canari! There's so much information here - it's a treasure trove! If anyone could be kind enough to link some topics to me or has any thoughts, that would be much appreciated. Cheers

Hi, I'm new here. I've come across from the PSSD forum. I'm trying to make sense of the theory but don't understand. Here are my progesterone and testosterone results from a recent blood test: So I have both low progesterone, and low testosterone. Do I have agonised or antagonised...
