Thank you man, appreciate the reply. You're right. Need to chill and adopt that mindset now, of simply enjoying life, while still looking after my health. It's gonna take some time cuz I was in some crazy warrior/survival mode for like 3 years lol. But it's time to find a balance of sorts.
