Neurotic dudes become even more wacky because of CFS neurosteroids depletion, plus androgen receptor dysfunction, i.e. what Helen says and that Italian study term AR Overexpression. Actually AR overexpression probably causes the depleted neurosteroids (downstream) as DHT and 5ar are not working.
