Hey guys, I actually come from the ray peat forum and tried everything under the sun to fix my issues. I never had morning wood in my entire life. When I got sexually active at 15, I would often lose my erections during sex and generally have weak erections. Got tested for T but my doc said everything was fine (it was low) so I embarked on a journey of fixing my low T naturally with every method known to man (sleep, weight-training, supplements, herbs, paleo diet, cold showers) than stumbled upon Peat and thought I had the solution but I didn't. Recently I was with a very hot girl and couldn't get it up at all. I got blood tests done, and this is what came out of it. Anybody can point me in the right direction before I see a very expensive endo next week? I never took finasteride in my life but I feel like I got similar symptoms.

Symptoms: erectile dysfunction, chronic fatigue, hair loss (due to high prolactin I think), difficulty gaining muscle, losing strength, losing erections, weak erections, no penile sensitivity, no morning wood, no facial hair, bad breath, pale/sometimes yellowish skin tone (liver problems?), definitely impaired digestion.

you have inflammation in the gut I guess. Leukos are high. Do a stool test and test for calprotectin (Morbus Crohn and Leaky Gut test) Disbyosis in gut?
LDL Cholesterol too low. Cholesterol is very important for the vessels. people with overweight and high Cholesterol have very good vessels.
Check homocystein.
T 3 and T4 are too high. Test TSH basal!
I check with a specialist your bloodwork.

Testo is low, Vit.D AS well! Should be above 100/! It looks really pfs like.
Test your hypophyse and Hypothalamus with a Mri. Check for Anämie, Hyperkalzämie, Blutsenkung, Hyper- oder Hypogammaglobulinämie und Niereninsuffizienz.

What did your neighbour do to cure the hypophyse Problem?
Vit d at 19 is very problenatic. Go test for vit d reception capacity. Go into the sun every day for at least two hours.

Hey, thanks for the great answers so far guys. I am gonna start by answering these questions. I am a freshly turned 20 year-old, recently I ate a "Ray Peat" diet with lots of orange juice, milk, sugar, low PUFAs etc, before I was eating grain-free, Paleo-type diet but I was getting sick a lot during this time. I got prespriced antiobiotics twice during this time which was when I was 17/18. I feel like these could have negatively impacted me but even before I never had morning wood and erectile dysfunction with 15. I am currently on no medication except 5mg of cialis that my Uro prescriped me.

I was just 'gonna say Opiate Painkillers are a BIG cause of ED and Sexual Dysfunction in Younger Men.

I don't take any opiates.

Here is a very good link i german: Prolaktinüberschuss, Hyperprolaktinämie, Hyperprolactinämie - eesom Gesundheitsportal
It explains the root of high prolactin and the linked ED.
So: have you ever taken painkillers vor are taking them? Radiation? Schilddrüsenunterfunktion?

I don't. I had some x-rays done the past few years due to my teeth mostly and one due to my spine. I thought it is Hypothyroidism which is why I got into ray Peat in the first place, but now it seems I am leaning more into hyperthyroid.
Monocyten up: infection, morbus crohn possible. Stool test.
Eosinophile: Blutvergiftung, Cushing syndrome, Therapie mit Kortikoiden!

The past 2 days I woke up with a heavy sore throat and congested nose. Hadn't had this in a year but really reminds of the times in the past few years when I had to take antibiotics. I am about to head to a doctor but he will probably only prescribe antibiotics again. The blood test is two weeks old though.

Who knows maybe I have an infection that is hidden in my body and all the antibiotics did was suppress it.

So, I would make a hair mineral test and a comprehensive stool test. Do not touch antibiotics, dont undergo x-rays again. Post your results here! Best

Unfortunately TEI has an agreement with some new company "XY" in germany so its only possible to do it with them.
I bought one of my hairtest from "XY" , but they are more than 2x expensive and you dont even get supplement recs. So I dont recommend "XY" at all.
(Hairtest without recs for over 160€ ) You basically pay 100€ just for translation.

ARL is only possible with some kind of practitioner in Germany and there are very little. You have to ask ARL to get a list of german practitioner. And I guess its going to be expensive that way.

My go to is thenaturalchoice dot co.uk but last time they had to cancle because of the agreement of that new company and TEI. So they cant take orders from Germany anymore. So I had to order and send my hairtest from abroad. Results nevertheless will go to your email.
(Hairtest without recs for 60€ and with recs for 85€)
I think you can order it from germany, but you need a post stamp from out of germany to not get in trouble when this company "Naturalch..." sends it to TEI. As TEI are the ones blocking tests from other companys out of Germany besides that partner-company.

Cant unfortunately give you any easy solution :D
Only overpriced or difficult ones.
