I gotta agree. I thought I was cured after taking Ella. I also said it to feel better about myself back then. But I was far from cured. I was just feeling a bit better than normal.

I'm not into being a downer but this is just how it is. A lot of guys are not aware how bad they are. No way to sugar coat it.

I do think NoFap can be a helpful addition but like I said did not cure me.
