Thanks again!

ARL also mentions this:
Copper is a natural fungicide. Farmers often spray copper sulfate on fruits and vegetables to kill fungi and molds. Most, if not all individuals with yeast infections have a copper imbalance.

Ceruloplasmin, a binding protein manufactured in the liver, is important to control copper metabolism. Adequate adrenal activity is required for ceruloplasmin synthesis. Underactive adrenal glands or sluggish liver activity cause a decrease in ceruloplasmin production. As a result, copper is not adequately bound and becomes unavailable to the body. This situation is common today, especially in slow metabolizers.

Ceruloplasmin and copper both low for me. How do I get to get that rolling?

I actually got really high copper levels on my hair test. But low copper leves with high calcium levels can be copper toxic as well. And slows most often have high copper. But it can appear really high or really low on the hair test.
So I would not supplement copper. Or at least not at first.
Ceruloplasmin will go up with metabolism. You can use the electrolyte protocol for example. Which you are kind of already doing.
Im doing pretty much the same. But for high copper on the hairtest. Lowered my high copper from 16. to 8. already and awaiting my next hair test result to see where Im at.

Yeah, that’s why I also tested serum copper (and zinc) today. Not sure it will be telling much, but more data can’t be harmful.

But thanks man, you’re awesome! :)

Magnesium crash took two whole days (I also took some biovine glandular which I know hurted me). Back to baseline now, which is still a depressing mood due to Betaine HCL. But I want to ride it out. Will lower dose next week. I really think I have some pathogen die off as some symptoms have only gotten worse, while I do absolutely nothing but healthy stuff. My stools also smell like never before. This candida has been bothering me for years, so this time I might finally be getting rid of it.

Will see a holistic doctor in two days. He knows minerals and stuff. I will tell him that there’s a big bonus for him if he can balance me. Hope he bites! :|

So, just came back from the meeting with the holistic therapist.

Lots of my time went into foods. For instance; he told me the EAA complex isn’t a good way of getting in Amino’s. It has lots of additional components my body shouldn’t be needing. Eggs and whey protein based on rice is a better option.

He wanted me to try this bioresonance machine and some other electronic device. Hooked me up. Machines gave some reading and advice, but it was not what I came for. Quickly told him to focuss on my hair test and if he has a plan for me. He told me:

- Mentioned I am likely copper toxic (and aluminium but he couldn’t really tell me why). And that copper (along with zinc) plays a huge part in hormones.

- Silica (silicone or silicium in Dutch), along with Molybdeen and Boron need to be working first before adressing the rest. Showed me a mineral interactions sheet that said the same. Lucky me is low in all three. Should take them twice a day, from Eidon minerals. I can take the electrolytes with it.

- Supplemening selenium and manganese, while low now, aren’t very useful until I get those up.

- After about a week I should add zinc and copper together (10:7 ratio) and try to reintroduce magnesium. He isn’t a fan of the chloride form, but I told him that I specifically needed that one.

- After another week/10 days, I should add phosphorus.

- Fulvic acid is great. Definitely wants me on that one.

- Told me to ease up up the detox. Give my body some rest. Could tell it made me depressed and unmotivated. Told him that’s also the betaine HCL.

- Also mentioned MSM should be useful for me.

Next appointment is next month.

I am glad to get some guidance on all of this, but still have some doubts since he was really into the holistic shizzle which really sounded like a scam. Though I think he really believes in it.

Any opinions on all of this? :)

would be interesting to hear the dosages you got suggsted from him :)
Boron from eidon minerals are 10mg each. So he suggested 20mg daily?

His suggested dosages are quite low. Lower than what the labels suggest. Told me I need to increase them slowly. All three I’ll start with need to be taken twice daily, 20 drops in total, increasing slowly to 30 drops. Not sure about the mg’s, though.

20-30 drops total for boron, silicon and molybdenum each. That’s 2ml and equals to:

Silicium - 375 mg
Molybdenum - 200 ug
Boron - 10 mg

Wants me to really ease on zinc and copper when I start:

Zinc - 1.5 to 3 mg
Copper - 150 to 300 ug.

Phosphorus comes in tablets. Wants me to start with one a day (175mg), which is well below the recommended dose of 700mg.

Been struggling way too much with the dose and ratio of the electrolytes. Decided to buy an electrolyte supplement which has them all. Albeit in quite low doses. Not overdoing it this time (mag 150, pot 550, sodium 450mg). Might add some potassium, though.

I can take potassium. No problems, but as soon as I add either magnesium or sodium I feel worse. Need to try taking them all together.

Yeah, lots have additional minerals I don’t need. I’ve purchased this one:

Elete Electrolyte

What about the tri-salt that @Canari mentioned?
Not me, as mine is c-salt, as this is vitamine C with 4 salts. K Mg Ca and some Zn

Not well at all. Really, seriously contemplating quitting life this weekend.

Zest for life is totally gone. I look 80, infertile, impotent, near diabetic, not mention a boat load of other issues. Every symptom seems to have gotten worse, whereas I have followed a very strict and healthy lifestyle these past three months. I’ve locked my self in and avoided all social contacts since. These imbalances I have aren’t likely to be corrected after 13 years of hell.

Might try a few things to make copper work again, but that’s it. I just hope everyone doesn’t make the same stupid mistakes I did.

What are you taking right now? Drop everything for a week at least and see how you feel

What is your height and weight again? Probably 95% of all the health gains I have made are from fasting, it really helps you deplete and get to a baseline to rebuild from.

The low calcium, low copper, low fat, low simple carbs, medium complex carbs, medium saturated fat and high protein refeed with HCL/electrolytes really works well in the post fast re-feed to balance.
