As we saw from bloods tests of over 10 people with PFS, all of them had the same things going on Sam-e low, and SAH high.

this ratio can be impaired by 2 things.

1) GNMT enzyme which converts glycine into sarcosine. takes Sam-e makes SAH.

2)PEMT enzyme which converts Phosphatidylethanolamine into phosphodylcholine. takes Sam-e makes SAH

first enzymes is involved in detoxification of the liver, and second builds phosphodylcholine which makes liver membranes and protects from fatty liver.

these 2 enzymes basically just rob your body from Sam-e. and without Sam-e you have no melatonin= poor sleep.

you have no carnitine, bad fat oxidation, you have no creatine= weak muscles.

you have no methylation of lysine and arginine which impairs all kinds of receptors.

As we can see that there is oxidative stress going on in the liver. it is very possible that people had NAFLD before taking drugs, and now it is turning into NASH. since viral, bacterial or fungal infection.

this then causes oxidation of membranes in the liver, and the body tries hard to restore them fast not to damage the liver.

this is why body increases GNMT and PEMT. but this totally robs all other functions, since this is survival now.

@Boris @tanedout @joekool @Ocguy @talkingant @barbaar

I am going to start an experiment with putting a person on anti fungal, anti viral and anti bacterial on all 3., and keeping him on this for while, so all glutathione systems restore back up.

and then slowly coming off. I assume this should get give the body energy to restore fatty liver. since if we turn off oxidation. then the body can switch off those enzymes ,turn on methylation and increases glutathione.

We are already experimenting with gut protocol also and probiotics.

Would taking SAMe with all 3 help as well, or do you want the body to do it on its own?

What drugs will be used for this experiment?

Some people have bad reactions to SAMe on propeciahelp. I stopped supplementing with it because of it.

it is not about supplementing Sam-e. Tons of people felt totally fully recovered on methylation protocol. Look it up .Finasteride causes glutathione depletion and leads to CFS? Also they had tons of tests.

the person who went on Sam-e just went on it, and then dropped it. of course he will feel like total crap.

I would not supplement Same or increase methylation. we need to solve why those enzymes are taking Sam-e away which I outlined.

I wish someone does the same test as these guys did in the thread that I posted, with glutathione Sam-e and Sah levels,

then goes on antiviral antibio, and antifungal and tests it again. If the balance restores. means we hit the jackpot.

I’m on sibo/ Candida killer protocol currently after a 26 day water fast. Also on low FODMAP diet to go with it.

Using Biotics FC Cidal and Dysbiocide. They’re very similar to candibactrim AR and BR. Basically an herbal strategy for bacteria and fungus. Any recommended herbal antivirals I can add with this @Helen ? I just started so would love to run all 3 this month.

Probiotic enemas most days too with a spore based probiotic, s. Boullardi, lacto plantarum, a bifidus based probiotic, and visbiome (strong lactobacillus based probiotic).

Herbal antiviral is what I’m looking for. Something like oregano oil enough?

@Helen what do you think about running the gut protocol without the probiotics (I.e an attempt to just feed the good ones you already have)?

Antifungals and anti bacterials always made me worse when I stopped @Helen . Made me way worse in fact. So be careful everyone.

Who wants to be the guinea pig? ;)

@Helen have you found a volunteer yet? I'm idly doing a few weeks of SJW and Inositol, but I can start looking into bloods and meds for the cycle if you fancy. Will probably take a while to get it all. September time? Unless you find someone else ready to go ofc.

What are you thinking of using and what dosage/duration?

@Helen instead of boosting G by freeing it up (i.e. killing virus/bacteria/fungus) what about taking things that just recycle it more like ALA?

I am taking ALA and EDTA , that is chelation . of course that puts off pressure off glut

This protocol seems close to what this person used for his recovery:

Nystatin - full sexual recovery from PFS!!

Yes... I think when you go this route some people have to go to the absolute extreme.

This is who I wanted emulate most in late 2017... I thought to myself- 10 months this guy did it in.

He took it to the extreme spending whatever money he needed to spend. Using more supplements- double, triple that any doctor would recommend him to use. Colloidal silver, Chinese herbs, all those anti fungals.

Dude definitely was not in four lows though lol he ate nothing like 1000 calories per day, but very good diet with that 1000 Cals.

He just did an absolute number on any types of living things in his body. I think if you combine this with a minor nutritional balancing approach- you really can’t fail unless there’s something else majorly wrong with you beyond pfs like cancer or something.

You have the white tongue?

Might be worth it to try the organic acids testing if this is route you want to take. You could go herbal route as well instead of meds like nystatin.

The herbal formulas are incredibly strong. Tons of stories where people have success with candibactrim ar/br for gut issues. I’m using a cheaper but very similar formulation.

White tongue is less present these days, but I have systematic candida for years. Tinea versicolor on the skin, red spots on the glans and sometimes itchyness, bloating after carbs, that drunk/dizzy feeling randomly, etc. I also have an anti candida supplement, but nystatin is more powerful. Together with the pro biotica from the bulletproof gut protocol, liver support and TEI, I should hopefully improve more.
