As we saw from bloods tests of over 10 people with PFS, all of them had the same things going on Sam-e low, and SAH high.
this ratio can be impaired by 2 things.
1) GNMT enzyme which converts glycine into sarcosine. takes Sam-e makes SAH.
2)PEMT enzyme which converts Phosphatidylethanolamine into phosphodylcholine. takes Sam-e makes SAH
first enzymes is involved in detoxification of the liver, and second builds phosphodylcholine which makes liver membranes and protects from fatty liver.
these 2 enzymes basically just rob your body from Sam-e. and without Sam-e you have no melatonin= poor sleep.
you have no carnitine, bad fat oxidation, you have no creatine= weak muscles.
you have no methylation of lysine and arginine which impairs all kinds of receptors.
As we can see that there is oxidative stress going on in the liver. it is very possible that people had NAFLD before taking drugs, and now it is turning into NASH. since viral, bacterial or fungal infection.
this then causes oxidation of membranes in the liver, and the body tries hard to restore them fast not to damage the liver.
this is why body increases GNMT and PEMT. but this totally robs all other functions, since this is survival now.

I am going to start an experiment with putting a person on anti fungal, anti viral and anti bacterial on all 3., and keeping him on this for while, so all glutathione systems restore back up.
and then slowly coming off. I assume this should get give the body energy to restore fatty liver. since if we turn off oxidation. then the body can switch off those enzymes ,turn on methylation and increases glutathione.
We are already experimenting with gut protocol also and probiotics.
