I’m on my second round of ARL and both times I’ve noticed extreme shedding of all hairs on my head ( even sideburns and back). Any recommendations or rationale as to why this is happening?

Maybe 5ar is working in some capacity, how's your libido? Can u sweat?

Just keep going man. On the program you can shed from time to time. Could be that you are chelating toxic metals out and this causes your hairs to fall out.
I got em for a bit when I was on it. Like my entire head got itchy and greasy and hairs were falling out like crazy for days. And then it just clicked into place and has been better since then. Like the back of my head used to be sensitive when anything touched it or ruffled my hair back there (probably a sign I was losing hair on my crown) but now it doesn't feel sensitive at all. Just keep at it.
