Sleep isn't worse than normal. Still wouldn't call it good, but I had insomnia before PSSD so can't necessarily blame it on that.
I guess summer break, low stress helped normalize sleep. I try making sure I get enough sun too which seems to help.
What about you?

You trying anything atm? Electrolytes, TEI, etc?
That sucks mate, did you have anxiety before arl/ozon too? My pssd made any anxiety disappear.

It feels like anxiety is always there, but when the emotional flatness is really bad it gets pushed so far into the background it's almost unnoticeable. It's mostly social anxiety caused by the brain fog because I can't fucking think straight in social situations. I'm like talking to people and I can barely remember what courses I'm taking or what day it is.

I still have a bottle here from a while ago, I'll give it a shot tomorrow
It was a bit weird, i tried two brands, one gave me headaches, the other one was ok.
Both greatly improved brainfog and somehow also improved my eyesights a bit it seemed

Shilajit seems to consistently help a lot with brain fog. Also pine pollen is pretty useful.
When I've had really good rebound periods, they've tended to be preceded with periods of really bad brain fog for some reason. Like when I first took a high dose of trib I got terrible brain fog for about 3-4 days, but then afterwards it cleared and I had really good (almost normal) libido for a few days

What the hell. Just called ELN (one of the labs I got my tests done at) to ask what was taking so long. They told me they sent the results out 2-3 weeks ago already. My doc told me a week ago she didn't have them yet. They also can't send the results to me directly because of privacy laws etc. (understandable)

I really hope its just a communication error and not like last time where they're like "lol nope you're not getting the results of the tests you paid for until you bitch and moan for a month and write a pissed off email to ARL!"

Sometimes it's the only way... literally no degrees without yelling and throwing people out of my way... not sure if that's a common exp... I'm guessing it's not.
Interviews? I figure out the job while I'm there, try and search.... but get sidetracked day before any interview. Better now maybe.

Kinda crazy indeed. Privacy is one thing but remember you are the legal owner of your medical file and should get it when you request it. This applies to your GP, but i wonder if it also shouldnt apply to your test results at an external lab...

They said they couldn't verify it was really me on the phone. If that doc is fucking me over I'll know soon enough (no answer yet) in which case I'll just go to ELN in person to go get the results.
