Anyone tried these from Lost Empire? Apparently they're great for athletes.....

Or even their beet root extract?

Beets apparently increase the amount of oxygen utilized by the body helping to increase endurance, muscular and cardiovascular wise. I've never tried them. If they're anything like their other products, you probably won't be disappointed. Personally, I just juice a couple beats and add them to my green juices once in awhile. I can't say I noticed any difference in my physical output. It could be something that needs to be taken on a regular basis to feel the effects. I did notice I had to evacuate my bowels on a more frequent basis...just a word of caution.

Right for increased BM! Very useful on a juice fast. Beets helped me to recover last year. I had forgotten them, and then my neighbour told me he was feeling great with this juice.... A local 60 years old man who started to juice because ...because why not, when you are tired after chemiotherapy! He was amazed, and now grow beets in his garden.

Very tasty juice...

He could have foregone the chemo and did a lengthy juice feast instead. At least he started juicing regardless.

Been wanting to try it pre workout due to the NO boost and increase in blood flow. Any of you guys try it pre workout? Otherwise not sure I would cycle it

I'm going to order some for that reason. I can't tolerate normal pre-workouts off the shelf - tears my stomach to ribbons and get way too stimmed.

For an all natural prework-out that doesn't leave you feeling cracked out, you should check out this: https://jt231.isrefer.com/go/hercules/cdsnuts/ Take advantage of the coupon code I had made for this site HACK10.

Just a warning....this taste's like shit. Alot of the herbs do.

There are other options as well in the herb catagory such as Rhodiola, Eluthero, Black ant and Cordyceps to name a few. All of these are fantastic prework out options that are actually beneficial for your system as a whole. You can combine any of them with the beets as well.

Personally, I just make a mix of my own concoction with the herbs I happen to have on hand, which, is usually most of them. I take them about 45 minutes prework out with creatine and some caffeine and I'm good to go.

You try jiaogulan (gynostemma) yet? I used to use it a long long time ago, it was in a supplement called quadracarn, it made me veiny as hell (modulates NO) and increased insulin sensitivity.

I see LHE has the tea now, it is pretty solid stuff too, tastes great as well, good for a pre W

I grow this in a pot....
The taste is ok and very near to liquorice! Do they have some properties in common?
And I have noticed I never make tea with it! In my body code, this means my body does not like it.... What is its mode of working? I would like to know if my instinct is right....

It actually tastes very good, yeah it has a sweeter flavor, but no where near as strong as licorice LOL, that stuff is strong. No, I don't think they have similar properties, gynostemma seems to be much more androgenic with no estrogenic properties unlike licorice to my knowledge.

Gynostemma is very similar to panax ginseng but with less of the cognitive effects while gynostemma has more anti diabetic properties (which I guess makes sense since it can greatly increase insulin sensitivity).

I haven't. Aside from the aesthetic properties, what else did you notice? Anything? I actually had it in my cart for the last order I just placed and decided against it. The purchase was pretty big so I had to trim some fat somewhere...seeing as I never tried it before and I love all of the others, this was the one that got cut. I'll include it in my next order.

On a side note, I'm really loving the Lions mane, shizandra berry, rhodiola and bacopa combo....it's like the natural version of the limitless pill, if there was such a thing....lol

Yeah man, increased in insulin sensitivity for sure can eat way more carbs and handle them fine. I do notice a mild calm/stimulating type feeling from it, hard to explain.

Never combined all three of them only cycled them individually in the past lol. Did you notice anything right away or did it take time to build up?

I forgot to mention the Gotu Kola in that stack.

Oh no.... you notice it IMMEDIATELY, unlike many of the others. Crystal clear vision and thought. Calm, yet stimulating mental attributes which make it perfect for doing mental tasks, which for me, is writing. I LOVE it.

I personally add the Lions man directly to my coffee in the morning as the taste is very neutral, unlike alot of the others which would completely ruin my morning coffee. I put the others in a little shot glass all at once, and shoot it down with water, then I have my lions mane spiked coffee. By the time I'm done with my coffee, my mind is ALIVE and ready to tackle the day.

Fantastic stack.
