Anyone knows a way to treat this that doesnt involve 5ar inhibitors?

My father took Finasteride for some time to treat BPH, he only had side effects during the use, he does not use it anymore and he dont have pfs.

I wanna help him. Right now he ony takes Doxazosin and Valsartan+Diuretic

Try Small flowered willow herb tea, and maybe uva ursi, as much as i know it doesnt inhibit 5ar and it helped me tremendously.
Also zinc and boron can treat prostate issues.

Go for the broccoli treatment for 2weeks. You can find it online. Or taking cowberry juice.
