Hello- Not sure how often I will update this "log", but wanted to see if anyone has ideas on my situation. PFS veteran of around 3 years now. I have many symptoms, but one stands out above all of the rest. I assume this is related to adrenal/cortisol issues, but whenever I exercise, especially with weights, my heart beats fast for hours and hours. Sometimes for days. For example, yesterday morning I did some bicep curls with 20 and 30 pound weights. Sets of 10- just a handful. My heart was beating fast for hours even after lifting. Last night I could still feel my heart beating faster than normal when I went to bed. Not as fast as it was when I finished lifting, but faster than normal. As a matter of fact, it is still beating faster than normal now, even 24 hours + later. This happens to me every time I lift or exert a lot of energy.
I've been running CDs protocol for over a year now, hoping this would get better. I have improved in other areas, but this just hangs on. I think it might be better than it was a year ago, and certainly better than it was when I crashed 3 years ago, but still not good. This keeps me from exercising much, and that sucks given that exercise seems to be a cornerstone to beating this shit. Plus it just helps the mind and body in general.
I would appreciate any advice on this. And no, I haven't attempted TEI.
Thanks all.
