Does carnosine take the place of resveratrol (cycling) or can they be used together? For those with high copper levels.

Hey, I want to suggest an addition to this protocol. I would like to add spinach to it. I really like spinach profile for PFS. I think it has perfect ratio of b2 iron and copper.

I think spinach is good! I did a (kinda half assed) juice feast last week and noticed massive improvements to erection quality. I juiced around 600g spinach every day, together with the other stuff in the cdnuts protocol (celery, cucumber, kale, etc.)

yes, try fasting breuss style. spinach is just to get balanced b2 cofactors.

Small update: still doing well.

I think the aspirin has been important for me, acetazolamide for others. Potassium in the cell needs to be tanked.

Just saying coz I think the last few days all the talk has been about copper + magnesium.

Still on the same protocol? magnesium, copper, potassium, aspirin? Same dosages or do you take more?
Didn't add anything to it?

Just added zinc + manganese today. This was the next step he suggested. Either that or get off everything and see if it’s stuck.

I’ll try this for a few days and see. Last time I used zinc (3 weeks ago or so) it basically made me impotent, so this could be telling.

Will keep you all posted.

By the way Gbold is using zinc as well in his protocol.
Ok, let us know. Good luck!

I am still testing this mineral route. And until I test it, I dont advice anyone to take it. there are other routes to explore that were outlined before. Mineral route is still in process. I have some tests done and I am not balanced yet

The friend of my father told me that sodium bicarbonate is a "tampon" and using a tea spoon (little one) in a glass of water every morning (and in some cases evening also), it will make your PH in balance...No problem if you have it alkaline or acid at the moment, being a tampon it will work for both cases...
Is it right?

gbolduev Are oysters or anything from sea/ocean safe to eat nowadays? I'm worried about micro-plastic pollution.

Thanks for the update and transparency. Hope the mineral route is a complete success.
If not, then maybe its a very important piece of the puzzle to full healing.

I think it can't be a real route since we all are different and we have different imbalances.
I guess even Gbold suggested to dont take the mineral route since it will be long to get balanced from it etc..
Maybe I am wrong but this is what I understood.
Plus, the mineral fine for you is not fine for me.

What do you think of borax plus magnesium?
I read that boron helps regulate magnesium in the body. Would this be a recommended combo? Looking at some options for pct

I am wondering how is it possible that there are ups and downs during days and even during the same day.
I pass from having raging erections all day for different days to being dead for different days.
I guess this is a methilation issue..

I also want to say that we are all running around and around with to many theories....
I think we should make order and hereby is my suggestion after we discusses different theorical possibilities:

1) All of us should take blood and hair tests
2)Compare them each other to understand if we all match with gbold's theory
3)Try to make get out protocols from what the tests are

In my own opinion we could be more organized if we really want to find out something based on real data.. Gbold already put out his theory, but put out also different potential protocols based on his own theory and not on real data coming from our analysis..
I feel we are loosing time talking and talking and trying things just randomly and without real data under our hands.

We should organize a deadline where all of us should get blood/hair thests and then from that data start to discuss it.

I know it is not simple to organize a straight work to collaborate all together but this is the way we should act if we want to get somewhere, otherwise we are endind up to become as Propeciahelp or other forums..just talking.

I think gbolduev should be the director and should suggest us to collect analysis. we should all have the same analisys to check the differences what is similar to get to a common point so to esclude useless protocols or theories.

My 2 cents, but I feel we are not going nowhere since people (as me) we almost know what we are talking about.

WHAT WE SHOULD DO IS KIND OF CDNUTS FORUM, WHERE PEOPLE IS DIRECTED TO TRY A PROTOCOL, AND THAT'S THE WAY TO RUN, NOT GOING AROUND WITH NO CLUE.

Can we do it?
