Has anyone had brown patches on skin that appear randomly and, after rubbing, they go away?
I have some pics to make it easier to understand what I am talking about:
Does anyone know what are these?
I remember having them throughout my life. My mother would even use alcohol to remove them sometimes.
Are they simply "dead skin"? Or could they be dead bacteria, toxins, heavy metals coming out? Or... Could they be actually dried blood...!?
I just don't know how to interpret them. If they are a good or a bad sign.
A curious thing that happened was the moment I took my first pill of Betaine HCl, a huge brown patch of these appeared below my chest, in the middle (Solar Plexus area).
