@Walker that is why I told @Boris and telling you , this is ok to try this , since even if you fuck yourself, up with bacterias. and lets say your sibo was from bacteria.

then you can always take xifaxan and get rid of all that stuff.

but if your sibo is from fungas like mallasezia, or some pathogenic bacteria like staph, then probios will help. but IMO they need to include e coli also.

since without e coli, you can take these and kill all e coli, and then boom, calcification since you will not have K2 support.

this is what that guy from cfsremission is saying also.

he never got better from probios, he got worse. but he got better from e coli. fixed his CFS

remember I told you , TEI would help , but I am not sure how it can balance you overall without GB

IMO you need to find some protocol which gets rid of sibo and supports digestion or you will just relapse over and over again.

same as all these SIBO peopel.

I have never seen one person cure SIBO just by killing shit in their gut. or running probiotics. they relapse like in 90% cases. since most of them had problems that lead to SIBO

Some did get cured, which got in trouble from running antibiotics, recently. but those sick cases. they run xifaxan over and over and over , then make up different stories why it does not work.

some run xifaxan , but have actually fungal infection, then get worse after xifaxan, go on heavy probiotics, and cure fungus, and claim xifaxan cured them althought they felt like total shit on xifaxan and off.

tons of different people.

Yeah, I totally remember that - that's why I've been doing everything I can to support TEI without GB. It seems to have really helped by adding TUDCA and Bile Acids. That's the two best things to add from what I've read on people post-cholecystectomy.

I was hoping this would restore digestion along side of those Bile Acids and do exactly what you just said. I was making swell progress on TEI + biles, and have gotten to the point where I feel pretty amazing on that regimen, honestly. Then when I add this SIBO regimen I don't feel as "amazing", but I know that sometimes feeling bad is a good sign in "healing".

Was just curious to your thoughts there. Seems like it's worth combining the two for now.

yeah , try it out, if you feel worse after 2 months, and have crazy food reactions, then you can always use xifaxan and then go back to your TEI plus biles

@Ocguy what is the exact mechanism of the wheatgrass in this protocol

From what I understand antioxidants help anaerobic bacteria grow, which is what bifido is primarily comprised of.

I'm not sure of the Orac value of straight wheat grass vs the amazing greens powder but considering wheat grass is the primary ingredient I'm assuming it's still a viable alternative to people sensitive to all the other ingredients

Will do. I only have two weeks left on my current TEI cycle anyway. I'll either drop it now or after the end of that.

I'll probably still take BAF and TUDCA unless you think that's not wise with this SIBO drink.

Thanks for the insight.

@Helen the big question here is how, when one has treated his SIBO, they can prevent it from returning? Is TEI as a follow up the best plan?

Best way to get beneficial ecoli is from high meat, aka rotten meat. Make sure its fresh, never frozen and grass-fed. Also fermented dairy is a good source of ecoli and K2. Go for kefir, soured milk or sour cream, all from raw milk.

Interesting, just thinking out loud here you may be able to substitute CD Nuts herbs for the green powder. Most of his herbs have high anti oxidant value and prebiotics .

Youre certainly able to try, I have to look at what he's promoting, but I thought they were primarily herbal Tboosters?

Yes he labels them as that but if you read the studies and research from the lost empire herbs website, they do a million other things besides that and like 90% of them have anti oxidant capabilities

Had a large, loose, nasty smelling shit (probably the worst I've smelled in my life) today with smaller stick figure looking things like @tonysoprano had in his log. Feeling like total ass on day three now (so it's gotta be a reaction to the probiotics), but at least it seems like something is coming out.

I can only imagine how nasty a Tongkat Ali gut drink would be from experience.

They aren’t herbal “T-Boosters” which he promoted. They are herbals and sure T is a downstream affect of these herbs.

But CDs herbs are more direct towards immune system regulation, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants. Again T is just downstream from there.

Ok, last I remember he was promoting similar to mark Wilson's boostyourlowtestosterone herbal stacks, which i came across way back in 2011.. I need to recheck,

Agreed. Hopefully this isn’t how I’ll feel all month or I’m going to be suffering at work lol.

He was. But they are just herbs. That’s what herbs do. Immune system work, along with vits, minerals, and downstream some will help boost T. And sure these ones probably do.

But likely reason they are boosting T is to its upstream affects on the body.

Nah, I don't think so , maybe a week or two, but you will start feeling even better than b4 when it's all cleaned up and your good guys bloom
