Don't eat store bought or restaurant meat

Most store bought/restaurant meat comes from animals that have been pumped full of antibiotics before being killed. Every time you consume meat you are also consuming bacteria, and the bacteria of animals killed in this way are ten times more likely to be antibiotic resistant than animals raised in an organic manner.

Even organic meat sold in supermarkets has been shown to contain a higher proportion of antibiotic resistant bacteria. The only safe option is to get organic, locally sourced grass fed meat. It's expensive so I am vegetarian 4 days a week now.

It probably wouldn't be much of a concern if you are healthy, but when you are not healthy these bacteria can contribute to gut and nervous system issues and as of now we don't have any way of killing them.

Bacteria that withstand cooking and stomach acid ?

The study said 10x more likely to consume antibiotic resistant bacteria, of course cooking and stomach acid will kill most but some slip through the cracks during every meal you eat, even though they are mostly harmless.

We can’t be afraid of bacteria. We have to choose best foods and prepare them right, but I don’t think we need to be scared.

What we are doing here with nutritional balancing is making the body a place where bacteria can’t live. So sure- when we buy meats at grocery stores make sure it’s antibiotic free. But you need to make your body a place where bacteria can’t live with NB- you need to make your blood strong.

But we need proteins to fill our deficiencies. IMO, coming from guy who has ran plant based diets, being vegetarian for 4 days a week is stupid @raven . Do bone broths, fish on those 4 days if need be.

You do know in Europe they are pushing veganism everywhere? Probably because the food is cheap to make and high profit. It is disgusting. A lot of people fall for this bullshit and start eating soy burgers. Food made in a factory.

Food = not pleasure, it is nutrients. A soyburger has zero nutrition. Even a lot of plants have no nutrition because of the anti-nutrients attached to it.

It will impair your health on the long run. Especially if you are already sick. You need the animal foods and protein to recover. Just find the meats that you can eat and feel good eating. Or drink like 10 raw eggs instead of eating meat on those days.

Even Dr. Wilson says it. The guy is a maniac but even he says cutting out meat will impair your health. And I have found the same way. I have done a plant-based diet in the past and I felt terrible if I put it next to a diet composing of animal foods.

Yes I am a fast oxidizer so I need more fats. But even the slow oxidizers need good protein right? There's that.

I'm sick of people pushing this veganism bullshit here in Europe. I really am. When is it enough? When are people going to wake up to this bullshit lies. They want you to graze like cattle. Eat soy. Eat fake foods..

Look how these plant-based doctors look. They look malnourished. No wonder.

I also wonder why all these doctors pushing a plant-based diet are Jewish. I really wonder. Actually I don't. Also where are the white (NON JEWISH) doctors? LOL Is the white male already gone from the medical force? They only have Jewish and Indian Doctors in the US?

I know you are going vegetarian part time but even that is not good IMO. The vegetarians I know are not thriving.

You are sick you need all the nutrition you can get to recover and thrive.

Also they can make studies up for everything to push their agenda. So listen to your body when you feel like eating meat, eat the damn meat.

I am not saying you should eat only meat. But you need the meat.

I personally feel better on more meat but also a lot of milk and dairy. Plus I like shrimp, mussels and other sea animals.

Veganism is pushed a lot and will be pushed more in the future. Just watch it. Like I said it is cheap for these companies. They want you to eat their shitty foods.

Lol I ranted a bit there but yes I agree grass fed would be the best. But even the normal meats are fine. Cutting it out is not the solution in my opinion. Maybe try to get to a stage where you can get your own meat locally somewhere.

I’m coming off a wicked messed up colon cleanse combined with liver flush lol. Weird how it happened but it happened and it glad I did it as it really cleaned me out haha.

That said, my sexuality was just taken during this as what happens a lot during experiments like this and fasting. Finally drank some bone broth right now and finally we have some penis movement.

What I’ve learned from myself and GBOLDs teachings along what I’ve gathered from recovery stories is that protein digestion is integral to recovery. We want a balanced diet fit to our tailoring and QUALITY proteins being utmostly necessary.

Eating to oxidation is key. I was slow oxidizer and very successful combatting this stuff in late 2017 early ‘18. I became fast oxi by the end of ‘18 and I just didn’t realize it.

It’s taken me time to adjust diet but it’s been a necessary adjustment. Fats integral now where as before I could live without them on a good carb and protein diet.

I agree with you guys that meat is important in our diets, but I do think that we need to be really mindful of how that meat is produced. We evolved to eat meat but we didn't evolve to eat animals that are gathered in their thousands to wallow in their own filth before being pumped full of drugs.

OK I now I understand why they are all Jewish. Tel Aviv became the capital of vegetarianism/veganism. Just like India they have a lot of vegetarianism. I should of known that haha. I thought there was a conspiracy going on with this but I think these guys are just morons.

Community | Why Israel Is The World’s Vegan Capital

Europeans know you need meat. Maybe not the amount that some people eat. It depends on how much energy and nutrients you use I guess. But you need animal proteins. I don't care what anyone says about this. I have tried it both (plant-based - zero meat and carnivore).

I do agree @raven that it is good to think about where the meat comes from. I don't like factory farming and I think I am going to look for local sources if it is affordable. But cutting out the meat, even from a non-optimal way of slaughtering/preparing is not smart IMO.

Unfortunately, antibiotic resistant bacteria get's into our veggies, too, because most farms fertilize their plants with manure from factory-farmed animals, i.e. animals given antibiotics. So I wouldn't let the idea of antibiotic resistant bacteria keep you from eating a balanced diet, just make sure you cook your meat and veggies. Unless you have the means to buy everything from small local farms, which is better for everybody.

I eat mostly organic. All the animals i raise eat legit. The rest i get from other farms
