Is anyone actually reporting dramatic improvements from the hcl + electrolyte protocol?

Right? Tubzy is I know that he was.

But @Scenes for you it was more amino acid based the key to your success correct?

I think the key to this type of protocol has more to do with betaine HCL, aminos, and lastly balancing electrolytes. Not actually "electrolyte protocol". I liked "protocol for improved health" as a name for this better.

Im not on it anymore, my log is up to date I started ARL program along with Niles too.

I'm a little over two weeks in so far.

@Scenes what purpose are you trying to use electrolyte protocol for?

@gbolduev what you thing about butter or ghee? Full of hormones/bad right? What type of fats is ok? Olive/coconut oil? Or should I stay low fat if I can't digest fats. Or should I eat fat to "stimulate" the body make bile or it is just counterproductive at this point? I am not sure if we need fat to stimulate bile production and bile flow..

@Yura refer to the first post of this log for some of these questions.

Electrolyte Protocol for Improved Health

There is so much info here- now a lot of people are moving to balancing, but that is only a part (albeit major) of the protocol that GBOLD displays here.

I've been following a lot of what he asks for on the first post for quite some time now.

I was reading start of this thread. I am asking something different. If I should keep eating fats even when it's clear that I have no bile. So I think that it makes things only worse. I have no problem with low fat diet rice, vegetables, some eggs, meat, fish.. But I am not sure if long term this is good approach for my liver and bile production and flow.. Ghee should be good for the liver and bile stimulation so I am asking..

That's why I eat eggs.. It looks like I have no problem with 3 or even 4-5 eggs in a meal. But if I add like 1tbsp(14g) of olive oil to meal like fish with rice and vegetables. I can't digest that.. By far the worst is fatty meat like chicken legs or pork.. After meal like this I feel like shit next 5-8 hours..

Nah I’m not following any of this stuff anymore to be honest, just curious. I was reading through some of the threads and, whilst there’s plenty of activity, no one seems to be really be reporting dramatic improvements.

@Orion did the full breuss fast and didn’t report all the benefits it was supposed to. People have done the electrolytes and you had the private thread trial, did anything come from that? Now it’s just ARL and following the mineral balancing program. To be fair gbold did offer this as an option all along, but he also said it wasn’t complete/perfect and he knew better...half the reason we all followed him.

Then it’s on to the next thing...

If it’s working then awesome, keep it up. Just as an ‘outside observer’ (hadn’t looked through it in a while) it seemed to me worth asking if anyone is actually making significant progress.

There were some benefits with electrolytes but not everyone, plus some stuck and some didn't, you can go back and read, there are multiple threads on it even in the zinc finger threads. Seems to be a bigger issue with balancing the dose correctly, which makes it such a hassle to deal with and getting the hair test just makes more sense now. I don't blame anyone that doesn't want to try electrolytes at this point though.

Regarding ARL, I have no idea, I guess we will see. The one person that actually fully followed it is cured so that is start, meaning he took the test, did the program fully. All I know is that I can tolerate zinc now while on ARL without it killing me like it has in the past.

FYI, you did do an "unofficial" ARL program by the way to get cured, @gbolduev gave you some components of the fast oxidizer protocol, he talked about a it a few times. He just had to guess with you since you never actually did the hair test. I'm also a fast oxidizer which is why I responded to the same things you did.

If you read the ARL articles, you will figure out why he suggests certain things in certain combinations that is where a lot of his basis comes from (Dr. Eck) so he technically has been talking about ARL since the very beginning. As of lately though, getting sick of people guessing and just trying random stuff, so the push has been now much harder to get one with the full program not just the basic hair test by itself, which I don't blame him it can be frustrating trying to troubleshoot different metabolism over and over by just guessing by trial and error along with symptoms. Then those outsiders looking in only read the logs of the people guessing and just make assumptions so trying to avoid that this time around.

I think my really bad health state affected the outcome of the Breuss fast, meaning it was my first long fast every, so it did alot of good, but more fasting is probably needed, like the yearly 20-30 day water fast recommended by gbolduev. Will be doing my next long fast in Nov. I do a 3 day water fast every month, and doing the monthly liver flushes as well.

Jumped on the health forums/blogs in 2008 to search for how to cure acne(post accutane), its been 10yrs of every popular diet(zero carb to Peat), supplements, vitamins, meds, etc.. and health kept getting worse and worse. That long Bruess fast is the first thing that actually shifted my healing the other way towards getting better instead of worse. Now with the HCl electrolyte protocol, flushes, short fasts, and hairtesting everything is on the mend, skin still improves, sleep still improves, body comp improves.

My lasting issue at the moment is hair shedding. See how it goes over the summer with more sunlight, scalp massages and taking the correct balancing minerals as per my latest hairtest.

this protocol is not electrolytes protocol. This protocol has everything in it. increasing glutathione b1 b2 b3 and getting ARL test done and taking cofactors. People who did this are cured like Raincoast. Taking electrolytes with HCL does nothing. especially in a short term. That trial was all about that. ( it was a stupid trial) some people took HCL with magnesium and potassium. The goal is to replenish detoxification, sulfation, glutathione etc metalothionine. NO one seems to read the protocol. Once again , this protocol is not about putting HCL in and getting cured. It is 1/100s of this protocol.

If you want to have a protocol simplified. Just do detox( read it) it has glutathione in it, thiosulphate, epson salts bath plus multivitamin and electrolytes.
If you do this you will be cured. There is no way out. Sulfation will get rid of all drugs in your system. You wont have FIn in your system. Thiosulphate will get rid of all calcifications of your scalp in 3 months. And your hair will grow normally.

Even if you do just DETOX part of this protocol. With adding in electrolytes and minerals in a different time, you will restore.

Thiosulphate, glutathione epson salt, liver flushes will get rid of all fin out of your system, it will get metabolized via sulfation.

People just take HCL. This is not a problem. Read the protocol , I say it again and again. This protocol is about alkalosis redox and glutathione and metalothionien. It is not about HCL

Did I understand correctly: fin is still in our body and not gone? Where is it?
Would autophagy help ridding it out of our system? Thx for a reply...

Sulfation will get rid of it. Increase sulfates. This is why I said liver flushes , since during liver flushes you have to increase sulfation like crazy by drinking epson salts.

Body went don on glutathione and metalothione, those need b1 b2 b3 plus molydenum zinc etc. All these also need to make SULFATE. Without sulfate, there is no sulfation. No sulfation you cant get rid of extra hormones, steroids fenols, and you are sensitive to aldehydes etc

Can liver flushes really remove gallstones? Is there any evidence?

Yes, Look in your toilet afterwards for the evidence lol

To end the oil & bile coagulation myth....Myself and others have puked up all of the oil in the stomach and still passed stones because of the initial bile stimulation.

Good for you man, that’s awesome.

10 years you’ve been at this crap...if a little bit of hair shedding is now your biggest health issue then you’re doing pretty well anyway.

Feels real good to be on the getting better train for sure.

Stopping shedding would be very nice bonus, seeing some regrowth will be transcendence!
