I'm feeling tired/weak if I take too much chloride, maybe a sign I'm going too acidic, anyone else feeling tired if taking too much chlorides?

I think sometimes the tired feeling or fog we get when trying to heal is due to the body feeling exhausted from the production demand we are placing on it and the growth we are hopefully achieving.
Similar to how newborn sleeps most of the time. The body probably goes into "energy saver" mode like on an electronic device setting, in order to from the new chemistry we desire. I could be completely wrong of course lol.

Did you test on bacterias, heavy metals pathogens? Calprotectin?

Nah, the brainfog is from a lack of neurotransmitters. The fatigue is likely just from improper nutrient absorption and demand on the gut for processing food.

Im having really good results following this protocol, with a little bit of tweaking here and there to find the right dosages.

Energy is through the ROOF!
I can have a 2 hour heavy workout and still feel like i can go for a bike ride afterwards, im a bit scared to not go overboard so i just try and calm down.

The biggest game changer was reintroducing carbs back in slowly. Before i would just get shaky and out of breath even from a glass of coca cola, but i started suplementing B vitamins whenever i ate carbs and slowly increased the dosages so now i can fully tolerate even a carb heavy meal.
A lot of people need help with dosages on electrolytes, for me i know i had enough when i start sweating more than normal and my sweat tastes salty lol.
Breakfast is almost always the same- 8 eggs with some spinach cooked on butter and made into an ommlet, a glass of cellery and beet juice and at the end i add about a tbsp of brewers yeast just for some extra nutrients

So far i had amazing results in a few weeks, il see where this takes me in a couple of months :D

Could you please write out what you are taking exactly. I know the protocol is big and confusing, so it would be nice for people to see what you are taking exactly , thanks.

So this is my daily protocol.

Before breakfast - 1.5g Lysine HCl+1g Tyrosine, 3 NOW brand Betaine HCl capsules
Breakfast- 8 eggs with some spinach cooked on butter and made into an ommlet, a glass of cellery and beet juice and at the end i add about a tbsp of brewers yeast just for some extra nutrients
30min after breakfast- 5g of creatine and 5g of glutamine, 2g of KCl

Preworkout- 30g Scitec nutrition whey protein (Has bromelain and papain in it!)

Before lunch- 1g Lysine Hcl,2 NOW brand Betaine HCl capsules, 1/2 Twinlab one daily without iron
Lunch- Around 300g of chicken or beef meat topped of with lard, with 140g each of boiled broccoly, cauliflower and carrots with a tsp of coconut oil and tsp of olive oil, 1 glass of tomatoe juice
Some time after lunch- 4g of Ascorbic acid,100 IU Vitamin E, 100ug SeleniumMethionine, 2g of KCl

Before snack- 2/2 Twinlab one daily without iron
Snack 1-Rice pudding 600g (Milk+Rice+Sugar)

Snack 2- Apples 2-3 medium sized ones with some blackberries maybe
Some time after that- Caprylic acid triglycerides + MSM pill (around 1200mg) + alpha lipoic acid 100mg (i read somewhere that body makes ALA with Caprylic acid triglycerides and 2 sulphur atoms so im taking it like this in hopes to provide more raw material for its production)

Before Dinner-500mg of Lysine HCl,2 NOW Brand Betaine HCL capsules
Dinner-Baked potatoes 250g, Around 100g of the same meat i had for lunch, One seltzer tab of ACE selenium complex by biofar--->BIOFAR ACE AND SELENIUM COMPLEX
Some time after Dinner-Taurine 1g, Boron (around 2mg),1g of KCl

Before bed-Magnesium chloride 3.35g, Gelatin 10g

So according to my cronometer from yesterday, i got:
990mg of Calcium, 820mg of Magnesium,2.5g of Phosphorus, 7450mg of Potassium, 5800mg of Sodium

And that is WITHOUT the account that im drinking 500ml of this water->Donat Mg - Wikipedia throught the day
in which i add one of those powders for rehydration which has 1200mg NaCl, 1050mg NaHCO3, 750mg of KCl

Things i havent said in the protocol is that: I am adding about 6-10g of salt to my meals i would say, i havent added in miscellaneous things i also take like Lugols....
since i feel that they arent neccessary for everyone, Not on every day do i eat the same lunch, snacks or dinner, these are just the average days, a lot of the days i may skip my preworkout or snack 2 lol...

I can also post my chronometer stats on how much vitamins and such do i get (without the multi)

Yeah i heard their creatine was bad,has a shit load of fillers in it i think, protein is pretty good tho, also the cheapest one i could find

No, i am around 9g most of the days, as that is the ammount that makes my sweat taste salty so i think it saturates me pretty well. The stats from cronometer are stats WITH the salt added, sorry if its a bit difficult to understand.

I think we should completely revamp this thread/protcol and use people's like Swaz's and others who had success with the protocol as templates. There are loads of other people who had success and posted their protocol of their dosages and everything but it is buried in 70 pages here in this thread. We cant just add them to the OP since the character limit is maxed out.

I think we should make a new electrolyte protocol thread and have the OP be a link to a Google Doc where @Helen can edit it freely but just have the share link in the OP of the thread so anybody can just click on the thread and then click the Google Doc link and view (unless there is a more open source format like Google Doc). Within the Google Doc it would have the same info this OP thread has now but examples of protocols with dosages that worked like @SwaZ @Orion @Raincoast etc For example and others. That way people can just use those as templates, idk it may make it way less confusing and much more convienent. It makes it less confusing since everything is laid out better and formatted rather than just directing it to logs or buried in pages like this thread. I think the confusion right now is the starting point.

@TubZy That would be a great idea, especially for new comers and people who are still struggling even after reading 40+ pages.
I dont think much about the protocol needs to be changed, mostly just some things clarified for people, like the approximate dosages and such.I know i was personally struggling with the dosages the most, but once you narrow in the range you sort of get the feeling of how it should be and how much you should consume.

talking about protocols, i see that there's a progesterone cycling protocol.
there's something that does not make sense in my mind.
If progesterone is 5-alpha-rd inhibitor (type 1? type 2?)... but it is also the precursor of dhp (through 5 alpha rd), which is the precursor of allopregnanolone (through 3 alpha hsd)... does progesterone inhibits it's own transformation in allopregnanolone? @Helen ?

Are you pfs? What were your key symptoms? Thanks and congrats on the progress

personally, when i read this program/protocol, i dont get it what keeps the body out of alkalosis, and how fast does the body get out of alklaosis?

he says to take gelatin(how much per day??), great, but take it only when the body is not in alkalosis... hmm...OK.. what brings the body out of alkalosis and how do we know when we are out of alkalosis (so we can begin taking gelatin)???

free form aminos, how much per day?

electrolytes, cool, how much per day in what form... mixed in daily water and sipped throughout the day or mixed with food???

some basic starting dosage guidelines would be helpful... and from there, everybody could experiment with higher or lower doses

he also says that detox procedures area must, well, ok, i choose the STS+C detox route, ok, how much from each and when to take the dose and for how many days/weeks?

etc.etc.

i think we all should sign a 'disclaimer post', that we understand that everything is just opinion on this forum and that way nobody can get in trouble from following dosages/protocols..
I’m fairly certain that everyone visiting this website, for any amount of time, realizes that the information on here is being given purely as trial and error opinion, not as paid medical advice. It always has been, and always will be, reader beware and use at own risk. As far as holding one person or the website as a whole as responsible, I think you would hard pressed to do that.

No, thank god.Stress fucked me up the most.Every part of life started to deteriorate and i started stressing about everything and took the weight of it all on me and it just crashed me.
Worst symptoms were ED and hard flaccid, low libido,Fatigue and lethargy, water retention all over body, weird stress response where if i were to even think of the word "stress" i would go into fight or flight response....Weirdly most of my symptoms resemble PFS.

I think I was getting good nutrition from my diet (amino acids, B vitamins, zinc, etc.) but I was missing the magnesium and potassium. Since adding that in again I can handle fat and carbohydrate easily. When I would eat fat before I would feel slow and tired. Now I do not. Same goes for carbohydrates. Not sure why this changed in short amount of time. I wake up with energy and motivation. I do not eat until 1PM. This works well for me. I have good energy all day. No blood sugar crashes - I do not have to eat every fucking 2 hours. This is without stimulants.

Anyways would recommend people to try this out. PFS and non-PFS. I am not following exact same diet but I guess it is similar (good amount of protein - red meat, eggs, raw shrimp + white rice, honey + vegetables from time to time). I also walk a lot. At least 1 hour a day. Today for example I walked 2 hours. I just walk everywhere instead of going with car or taking bus.

I only take the electrolytes at end of the day. Because in my experience it can make you feel weird if you eat it with every meal. So I take higher dosage at end of the day with meal.

I don't eat till 10-12am usually 25++++ 25-40. 2-4am more likely, but trying to sleep at (society) times.

Eating every 2 hours in Canada would cost a million dollars per person. FAT ppl tons... and Athletic ppl probably way more.
--I hear you on that... fuck breakfast man. --No stims, I eat 8-10pm sometimes around there. Revolving sleep and wake still but can sleep and wakeup with no alarm at times, it's very hard to get sleep on track consistently. But always was for me.
" I do not eat until 1PM. This works well for me. I have good energy all day. No blood sugar crashes - I do not have to eat every fucking 2 hours. This is without

Oh it changed. That's good man. !!! SICK. BECAUSE that's what I did... I JUST THOUGHT MAYBE I WAS ALWAYS FAST TO V FAST and was becoming TOOOOOOO FAAST and that was making me loopy.

SUpps, or electorolytes, or anything 3-5 x a day would drive me crazy. You cannot carry all that stuff in a briefcase or on a train --- look fucking crazy.

Thank you, Now I knows its Normalz. @RebelWithACause.

-I SHALL ADD POTASSIUM if I ever do ELECTROLYTES AGAIN!!!! ALTHO SINCE I ALREADY DO mostly.... MAY AS WELL BUY some damned POtassium!!!

Should we be taking the electrolytes that correlate with our hair test? If I have high potassium on htma, should I just be taking MagCl and NaCl? Or should I be taking all of them?
