Should we be taking the electrolytes that correlate with our hair test? If I have high potassium on htma, should I just be taking MagCl and NaCl? Or should I be taking all of them?
all of them

What about using magnesium malate and potassium chloride? I mean would it be baaaaaad or could it work if you only have that at hand ?
How do I know if I fixed my potassium regulation?
I am taking potassium + magnesium + copper food and I felt best since months. How long do I take it before this can fix my body. Or is this a bandaid?
I know Scenes did this too for a while and got cured.
This is the protocol that I gave Scenes. you can try to run the same. We ran it with him for more than a month. then add B vitamins and C
Just wait for your hairtest first.
Fast Oxidizer Diet – Jeremy E. Kaslow, M.D.
As I showed this to you. you see slow oxidizer protocol.
This is what I gave scenes.
Ah yes he recommends copper for slow oxidizer. And the magnesium and pottasium. I also feel bad after calcium (cheese, milk). Seems to fit my profile.
I will wait for test but keep taking potassium and magnesium until then.
This protocol is an original protocol of Dr Watson. from Dr Watson, ARL and TEI was founded.
But then ARL and TEI, started to give slow oxidizer zinc for some reason.
this is because ARL wants to chelates copper out of your brain.
Many people feel great on copper , but there is too much of it in the brain and too little in the cell
This is why ARL and TEI started to give zinc and chelate the shit out of it. but meanwhile people feel worse. while on this regimen
And if you give copper with potassium and magnesium. this makes you feel a lot better right away.
But at the same time increases brain copper toxicity.
SO I guess this is what this copper disregulation is. they talk about.
Which program is correct I dont know. but ECK studies Watson, so if he chose to add zinc, I guess they tested brain
But I agree we need to try these 2 approaches
@Helen Why no methylated or active b's?
IMO activated Bs bypass regulations, it is just taking hormones.
We need to fix the body and let it make those actives itself. Not feed the active and let the body forget how to make it. that is my opinion
Oh thats good.
So to activate synthetic b's one needs B2 and Magnesium to start the reaction and then the body can make all the components from that.
Guess that answers my question, that was quickI think actives can be used, for a short term , may be that is why ARL and TEI added them to speed up things.

Check out pineapples for copper and manganese.
