It is possible to get all of our electrolytes from whole foods? Or synthetic ones(like potassium chloride, magnesium chloride) must be used to achieve balance?
@Helen said if we keep electrolytes high, taking steroids/hormones would not be needed for muscle growth/performance/recovery because electrolytes will help constant NO release(vs synthetic hormones/steroids, which gives only a short burst of NO)? My question is, can we get enough electrolytes from whole foods, or, again, synthetic electrolyte powders must be used?
Why I can't find the electrolyte protocol link when searching the forum?
