Calcium shells lol. You guys are insanely hypothyroid I guess?
I did so many things that's the problem. I wish I didn't but I did. I think TEI did help. So did the Proviron cycle. So did what I did afterwards, did my own protocol with vitamins, minerals, diet, lifestyle.Thats great. Do you know what cured your PFS?
Yeah. "extreme slow oxidation". But i came from four lows so..Calcium shells lol. You guys are insanely hypothyroid I guess?
Yeah Im doing a new test next week actuallyYou should retest as well. It could be completely different now..
Great will be watching your progress. You will buy even their supplements?I

yes But im going with TEI again this time. Also no practitioner. Ive noticed when i increase my oxidation rate my hair loss increase...since higher metabolic rate = more androgens. Im thinking of trying to combat it trying to stimulate bloodflow to scalp with massages, handstands ect. But im suspecting its a losing battle, i bet many of you have tried this tooGreat will be watching your progress. You will buy even their supplements?
I honestly dont think we can give a shit about hair if we want to get healthy. But it scares me too. I think it was my imbalance that made me keep my hair for as long as I have. As it loose the estrogen and increase androgen i will feel better physically but will be sad about my hairMy estrogen is very low now and hair is really shit. Very thin and I can pul many hairs with two fingers easily.. So I stopped zinc and all copper antagonists and increased foods like buckwheat, mushrooms etc. to lower androgens and maybe increase little estrogen with copper.. I am scared once I do the test to take everything they will recommend. I can already see it. IT will be like 70mg zinc, 20mg manganese, 2mg copper etc.. But I will trust them.. I will do ARL I think and my own supplements..
You dont buy the whole DHT, lack of blood flow theory? I remember gbolduev also said something is wrong and hairloss in an imbalance....but if even TEI cant fix it...what can fix a imbalance like that.Yeah at some point I will just shave my head and that's it. But for now I don't have that classic balding. It is clear that it is just issue from some imbalance, deficiency, stress.. I had that multiple times and I recovered pretty good. I just need to gt stable and balanced again..
Yes im the same as you. Im 35 and everyone thinks im 25 at most. You cant tell im balding yet even though ive been loosing it for 7 years, I used to have insanely thick hair. Always had more estrogen than androgens. I have slow COMT so have a hard time detoxing estrogens. But im guessing as I get better/feel better with TEI ect i will shift more towards androgens and less estrogens and it will affect my hair bad and the rest of body will be better. Just my guess.I thik DHT does create balding, but that's why we should be in the middle of that estrogen DHT. People who go bald fast are simply DHT dominant and so they lose all their hair fast. I am naturally more that estrogen like younger looking and those people keep their hair. I had issues with hair every time I had a lot of stress like last year I had issues with sports betting. My hair was crazy bad. So much stress from gambling with all my money lol. I pay for it now that's for sure..
The Protocol has lots of succes stories so the soluable fiber plus putting the adrenals to rest which she also talks alot about is helping alot of people with autoimmune diseases. That protocol only targets reabsorption of bile by increasing soluble fiber intake nothing else.. But she has no idea about nutritional balancing at all. She looks like copper toxic person from all those legumes, nuts and seeds she is recommending.. I don't think she is taking like 50mg of zinc to balance all that copper she is eating.. It's simply not complete view of the picture. Like increase fiber great. THat will fix me right.. LOL I don't have bile flow. Soluble fiber makes me constipated.. I was eating beans a lot because it is popular in low vit A community.. But it is horrible for most people.. I take activated charcoal if I feel I need binder..

I dont want to hear anything specific just wondering if anyone tried it. Ive done beans 3 times a day for about a month. I now have 3-4 bowel movements a day instead of 1, so i see thats as a benefit to detox as much as possible.Like I said for most people increasing soluble fiber is a good idea. Not using stimulants not even in form of sugar or excess of fruits etc. is also great for people in burnout. Nutritional balancing talks about this, but you think it will fix some slow oxidizer with copper toxicity for example? Eating beans, nuts and seeds all day? Her protocol is just one small part of full nutritional balancing protocol. Nutritional balancing is making protocol specific to your chemistry. Her protocol is "eat beans everybody every hour" It will work for some and destroy another. I really don't know what more you want to hear. Just try it if you like it and tell us how it worked for you..
Well 3-4 bowel movements every day can mean more detox, but also less minerals absorbed like zinc etc.. So depends what you want from it..
See everyone is different if I eat soluble fiber I get constipated. Forget about psyllium that is king of constipation for me..
