I notice when my health and my symptoms get worse, i start getting hyperhydrosis. I can't seem to figure out what causes it in me though, there isn't really a clear pattern.

Things that definitely increase sweating in me are:
- Too high carb diet
- Adrenaline/noradrenaline increasing drugs (caffeine, ephedrine)
- Estrogen (copper supplements and birth control)
- Sex/Arousal (even without orgasm) possibly from prolactin
- Supplements that decrease sodium (magnesium/zinc/progesterone)

Till this day i haven't found anything that seems to help besides eating a low carb diet. This doesn't prevent it completely though.

Do any of you have issues with excessive sweating? If so, have you found anything that decreases it?

Look at that, it must be a hot one.
That is normal, its seems you are becoming a woman, little by little. Nothing wrong with the heat, makes the women sweat, it gives aroma into it :))))

Yes I have it also.
One thing that works for me is high dose vitamin k2.
I don't take it though - bad side effects.
I guess excessive sweating is connected to calcium metabolism in our case.
Since we both have some viral infection.
We have some problem in calcium metabolism. That's why the virus survives and why nervous system is overactive.

I sweat like a pig if my temps are LOW. If my temps are above 98 from normal diet and supps (no thyroid or hormones), then I will not sweat excessively.

I sweat a lot too

Interestingly I knew someone who recently went back on accutane (told her not to but she wouldn't listen) and saw her walking at the park and she was sweating buckets, I often saw her at this park and I wouldn't notice it before she went back on accutane. It was like every pore in her face was sweating

Interesting @Boris it sucks it doesnt stick. Oh what I would do to be stress resistant

In htma they say low magnesium = you sweat more. Magnesium also related to stress tolerance and slow oxidation

Stress is raising sodium and potassium making us faster, mg gets lowered by sodium.

How to fix??? I guess our best option is just keep running mineral balances for now

I have been sweating a good bit since my health started going in the right direction [zero sweat before that]. However, this morning I decided to take 1 drop of Lugol's 2% Iodine and didn't sweat all day [pretty hot today on the road, wearing leather helmet and gloves] At first I thought it was a good thing, later on as the day got cooler so did I. I think it just lowered my body temp. Thoughts?

When my temps are low, I sweat more. Take your temps after iodine. I’ve been taking kelp for iodine and cofactors and my temp is 98s and barely sweat. I feel normal.

Confirmed iodine deficiency in blood. (Iodine is majorly lost through sweat.)

Its hard to say isnt it?

I guess the ultimate conclusion of this forum is that balance = health.

No sweating at all seems to be accompanied with lots of problems, and obviously sweating a tone also is. I guess we just want to sweat an appropriate amount

Yeah, me. and what totally fixed it is blocking cortisol (or blocking GR). RU and anavar fixed that sweating shit for me.

This just shows how its different for everyone.. I got test results back and my cortisol is already low all day and i seem to sweat like crazy when my cortisol drops low. I haven't tried taking either cortisol agonists or blockers but i want to try it soon to see what they do to me.

You have iodine deficiency? Thats very rare isn't it?

Also iodine lowers NADPH might mimick FIN effects (though be it at a lower level)
