yeah, no wonder. alkaline phosphatase puts b6 into the cell. Alkaline phosphatase is made from zinc and magnesium. B6 in the cell, turns homocysteine into cysteine. So you make cysteine. and the body does not have to take cystine from hair and turn it into cysteine when you can't make it.
I'm actually thinking this coincided with my taking of s.boulardii, but it could just be the build up of the tei. Or all of them...

Anyways I feel like I could pull a plane with my hair atm

Either there are no real fast oxis around here to be referenced to properly like the slow Raincoast or ... most are fast around here and thats why the issues everybody has one way or another.

no most are not fast oxidizers, here. it is 50 /50.

So slow oxi, high copper high calc. Low mg. Seems like magn or recoveryprocess is killing my hair in ultraspeed. Funny is 10 years back when I lost 1/4 of my hairs within 5months I was supplementing ZMA. (ZMA+Alcohol+noSleep+overmasturbation).
Manganese + zinc and L-Cysteine , Taurine the to-go route for good hair? Tried reading but can't find anything against this, any risks or worth the try?
