Peeps - lets start testing GHK-Cu out for hair loss, skin, PFS or anything. Lets see what we notice, we just need some more people testing this out. Who is testing this so far besides @opiath and @JonnyCraig ?

Maybe start with:

  • 1 gram glycine
  • 1 gram lysine
  • 250-500mg of histidine
  • 1 gram vitamin C
  • 2mg copper glycinate (or another amino acid chelate)
Take it all at once maybe 1 or 2 times per day.

From the study in the OP

The human blood tripeptide GHK possesses many positive effects but declines with age. It improves wound healing and tissue regeneration (skin, hair follicles, stomach and intestinal linings, and boney tissue), increases collagen and glycosaminoglycans, stimulates synthesis of decorin, increases angiogenesis, and nerve outgrowth, possesses antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, and increases cellular stemness and the secretion of trophic factors by mesenchymal stem cells. Recently, GHK has been found to reset genes of diseased cells from patients with cancer or COPD to a more healthy state.

do we have @gbolduev 's approval to give this a go?

I just started this today after fasting for two days on broth and juice and having semi success with original ZF (without cysteine) last week. Seems like I'm just over that cold that bothered me for 3 weeks now so I'm really going all in here.

I have a pretty big stack here I just put together this morning. Remember, I still have that mycoplasma/ CFS issue I am working on concurrently with PFS.

copper 2mg,
Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) 225 mcg (should I just get regular potassium instead?)
lysine 1g
glycine, histidine, serine, aspartic all 500mg
NAC 600mg w/selenium 25mcg, molybdenum 50mcg
calcium-d-glucarate 250mg
time released Vitamin C 1g,
transfer factor classic, cat's claw (for mycoplasma, Lyme)
shilajit/zeolite (detox, heavy metal chelation)
Eidon Mineral Supplement
Once weekly Thorne Extra MV- 3 capsules

Wobenzyme (or NOW Super Enzymes) and Betaine HCL w/ meals. Betaine w/ aminos too. Bee pollen in cereal morning, and brewer’s yeast at night.

Will be doing coffee enemas and probiotic enemas each twice a week. Cold showers morning and night. Will be using near infrared red lamp and doing 20min dry saunas 5 days a week. Workouts 6 days a week cardio/lift alternating days. Rife machine use one or two nights weekly.

Also considering adding acetyl-glutathione to this and cycling herbs (He Shou wu, cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Tudzu Root, Chinese Skullcap, Japanese Knotweed,

@gbolduev do you see anything here that could put me in the wrong direction? I plan on doing this stack twice a day. I believe I am naturally a slow oxidizer (low end cortisol saliva and low ceruloplasmin/copper, high zinc in blood ALL PRE-PFS) but PFS raised cortisol to 75% of the range in saliva.

Will be having hair mineral test done a week after I stop this stack in 4 weeks from now whether this works for me or not.

I feel like the ZF protocol lowered cortisol quite a bit for me (in a GOOD way). This stack (3 hours after taking it) seems to have done similar thing.

You know he isn't going to tell you what to do specifically lol, he makes these threads for discussion and experimental purposes, he hates playing doctor. I would say if you want to try it,try it. If you don't, don't

If your rat wants to experiment with it rather than try the oral route, this company seems legit

Am I blind or did they not list the quantity on that page?

you guys should fast and stop screwing around with supplements. Otherwise you might end up like this dude, who probably tried every supplement on this planet.

so, does fasting balance it altogether?
what kind of fasting would you recommend?

I'm actually going to try a fast once I get back to school in a couple days. Also nofap. But what am I looking at here? How exactly do I fast? Do I need to replenish anything? How long is safe? I was thinking two weeks. Anyone?

There’s lots of stuff written about fasting on this forum. Gbold has said either long breuss juice fasts (google it) or long water fasts, but the latter may take some building up to.

Plenty of people here have tried shorter fasts and been better for the experience. @Orion has tried the full breuss fast.

Search the forum for more detail. Refeeds and supplementation is all covered.

I’m running this exact protocol as well, only I have added magnesium taurine and selenium. I will report any changes I will experience :)

All right.

Who is testing this GKH ? Anyone? We should do this GKH , looks pretty good.

I wonder about the absorption when taken orally, though. Peptides seem to be favored heavily.

Yeah, the straight peptide injected would be the best and quickest way to see how it works. Oral is just easier/safer/cheaper and more convenient, but don't really know if it will work. @Scenes is trying it now as well (the oral route).

It actually seems to work pretty well injected, this guy had to supplement zinc to counteract.

Thiking of already stopping the protocol as I’ve read it can actually lower DHT, which got me into this whole mess in the first place.

how does it lower DHT?

Quick google search. Couldn’t find anything official on it, though, but enough to back out for me.

Guess I will wait for Gdol’s mineral protocol now and hope my sexual sides and face will clear up from that.
