Gilberts Syndrome

Anyone else suffer from Gilberts Syndrome? It's a genetic condition that results in elevated levels of bilirubin.

Just wondering if anyone's had any success with reducing bilirubin levels?

Things that possibly work:
Phenobarbital - This seems like quite an extreme option for a mostly benign condition, so I won't be trying it.
Zinc - I have very high zinc already, in both bloods and hair test, would it be safe for me to give it a go? I've seen people on the PSSD forum do well with Zinc.
Sam-E - This has been known to lead to PSSD/PFS like symptoms.

My mum has Gilbert's, I have high bilirubin on my bloods and now the DNA test says I have the gene, so I presume I have it now. My doctor didn't diagnose but said it was highly likely I had it too.

@raven Gilbert's syndrome is a protective mutation. Bilirubin is used to protect mitochondria from oxidative stress. This is why glutathione increase increases UGT enzymes.

Hydrogen water should be also good.
