Background:
Smoker 0-5 cigarettes per day.
Hair thinning which is improved from zinc and manganese supplement.
Stuttering and stammering that started at about 20 years old. Currently 33.
Nervousness.
Muscle cramps especially in the legs
Did a Ray Peat diet from October 2016 to September 2017. Supplemented with progesterone, vitamin k, vitamin D, aspirin and ate plenty of sugar during this time.
Drink 1-2 coffees per day
Recently supplementing with zinc, manganese, occasionally magnesium, vitamin C.
Currently eat veggies, rice, beef , chicken, greens, eggs, and random foods.
I’m seeing super high sodium on my hair test. I was experimenting with a homemade sea salt spray on my hair before the test as a styling product but also to decalcify scalp. I never usually sprayed it in the back of my head where I took the sample from. So I’m not sure if that effected the results. However I do exhibit the symptoms of overactive adrenals and fatigue as indicated by my Na/Mg ratio.
I’m a fast mixed oxidizer and I think this may be due to taking progesterone in the past?
My goals are to increase energy, thicken hair, minimize stuttering, decrease nervousness and anxiety.
Any advice or comments?
