So im looking to get some input in the attached hair mineral analysis.

Brief history - i had a crash hospitalization in 2011, where i acutely shut down on a backpacking trip to thailand. was in the hospital for 2 weeks, extreme burning pain acute rhabdomyolysis, acute viral infection, high asat alat liver enzymes, kidney stress etc. i had prior to this taken accutane from a dr in thailand for acne, but only 1 month at 20mg, but i stopped before i got ill maybe a couple of weeks. i had also been training extremely hard, dieting some and lifting weights and doing heavy cardio. high amounts of stress.

i have since that day had problems with pain, fibromyalgia and CFS. i also did accutane again for 4 days in 2013 or thereabouts but had to stop because trouble breathing and just all symptoms worsening. so i have pretty much done it all in terms of biohacking, Daily IR Sauna, LLLT, Molecular Hydrogen ( HX600) diet, lifestyle etc you name it i have probably done it.

I dont have that much pain to this day, but i have chronic lymph node swelling in my neck, also i cant eat most foods, histamine intolerance , food intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome, also i dont tolerate any lifting weights etc. My libido is good, or thereabouts, i have tracked tons of biomarkers over the years, and i have foamy urine, and also a year ago or so had microalbuminuria and slight proteinuria, but that does not show up now, but if i go very high on protein i get more foam. i´ve pretty much concluded with some sort of kidney damage probably glomeruli damage, but funny enough if i do cold exposure like a bath in 14 degree celcius i piss normal without heavy foam, whatever that may mean, i have had some exposure to mercury due to working as a electrician previously. im just trying to take back my health as all my 20´s have pretty much gone down the drain in regards to reading and trial and error.

would appreciate some direct input in regards to my results. i have never done colloidal silver so i'm not quite sure why my silver levels are high. i must have had or continue to have some sort of exposure that im unaware of.

i have taken some supplements and minerals etc to try to adjust certain biomarkers like Zinc Glucconate for high serum copper levels, and B vitamins for Methylation that i continue to take also Magnesium Malate for both the malate and magnesium seems to help with the Fibro type pain.

Anyways i like this forum, know a few people on it, and would greatly appreciate some input if you find the time @Helen or anybody else that would like to chime in.

Best regards

Have you had any bloods done?

From the hair analysis it looks like you'd probably benefits from taking some potassium chloride and maybe increasing sodium (probably just eat more good quality sea salt) to get those ratios looking better too. Phosphorous is quite low too.

What sort of symptoms do you get from the food intolerances, runny nose, flushing?

Thing is that i have a high craving for salt and probably run through about 5grams a day of redmond real salt and Himalaya salt.

i Get throat tightness and swollen lymphs around that area , it’s allways in the neck / throat . If i eat a thing i react extremely too i start to Shake Almost like electricity is running through my nervous system and i start to Almost shiver - and i have to jump over the antihistamines and Also chew some sort of Benzo to calm down my CNS and stabilize the mast cells. Or myself , i’ve never had a anaphylaxis reaction but it feels like it’s Almost the same or just before going to that point but idk.

I dont take benzo daily or anything, just if i mess up and very occasionally it temporarily for a day or two take away all tightness in my throat neck , when it’s bad it feels like a bunch of tight gitar strings going from my throat / jaw down into my upper chest, and it’s uncomfortable to move etc full range of motion (side to side is impaires) amongst other things. Also i cant handle any FODMAPS previously i did low carb with sweet potato , but i know Get the mentioned reaction from anything that feeds my microbiome and or has high biogenic amines like histamine and or releases it. I have tried a ton of natural anti histamine and mast cell stabilizers helps maybe a little bit. But i feel that my microbiome had a tilt towards high histamine production / dysbiosis. And that it’s not a DAO supply or lack thereof , as i have all the co - factors locked down.

But hard to say for sure, but that’s the theory because everything with starch or fiber that feeds the biome seems to cause the same effect mention with feeling of swelling and tightness after x ammount of time . And some foods that i react to causes that effect immidiately.

Also i should mention i have extreme dandruff and scalp inflammation / acne. It arrived about a year ago. Im in the North so we dont have much sun now, but everytime im in say Spain etc for holidays , i love to swim in the ocean , and it allways clears my skin, fixes the scalp and everything just calms down , but i Get a histamine reaction from the sun too, just in the beginning but it slowly whent away. Anyways the sun and sea allways clears up my skin to a damn near decent level.

Probably the minerals absorbed and the sun , vit d sulfate production etc in the skin along with T cells.

But i Also have a sulfur intolerance or rather it increases the throat tightness that i mentioned above, if i bathe in. Magnesium Sulfate for example it happens like clockwork and i think that maybe that’s where it all started , as i have a sensory deprication tank that has 450kg of Epsom salt in it, and it sucks because I cant use it anymore due to the intolerance / reaction i Get from it.

Interesting, I get histamine reactions too (I've also been screwed by accutane), but it's more like runny nose when eating, and I used to get flushing when drinking alcohol (no longer drink). Daosin used to help when it was really bad, but I try to avoid taking it unless I really have to.

If you think it's down to gut microbiome you could try taking L.platarum probiotic as this breaks down histamine in the gut.

Also from looking at my notes (you might already have tried some of these);

- Holy basil - mast cell stabiliser (others include L-dopa, SAMe)
- Rooibos tea reduces mast cell activation (I drink lots of it - also reduces cortisol a bit apparently)
- Choline is depleted by high histamine, so you might benefit from it
- Ginger is an H2 inhibitor

What are you plans for moving forward? Did you hair analysis include a suggested diet, or supplement regime like TEI does?

TEI (trace elements) is one of the hair test places. They have quite a good reputation and their results include recommendations for diet and supplements based on the results. I think your results would consider you a slow oxidiser and they would suggest adrenal support vitamins and minerals, and extra potassium

Livery slow oxidation, you need a TEI test and to follow their recommendations.

I wouldn't take zinc alone and I wouldn't bother about the low p, it is low because active absorption from the gut requires sodium that you don't have
