Hey guys, I disappeared a little bit because my symptoms worsened...

Some day ago I started having pain in my trigeminals, teeth and back of neck, then I cannot sleep anymore...
Also the left side of my body became weird too

When Im drifting off I simply awake, I cannot switch my body/brain off... I awake with a strange sensation in my gut/stomach(like anxiety), and something weird with my breathing, I dont feel sleepy... ( There are more people with this in SurvivingAntidepressants forum)

I think my spine is messed up and I lost the connection...

Someone can shed a light?

Im thinking about buying pentobarbital and "solve" all this problems...

I would NOT head down the road of Barbituates...and I hope you were not implying anything worse outta' that statement.

Spontaneous Awakening, sick/anxious feeling in Stomach? Sounds like low blood sugar tbh.

How old are you? Any risk factors? Known History?

Other Possible Culprits: Autonomic Dysfunction, Adrenal Insufficiency (have any skin hyperpigmentation, on hands, feet or around Mouth/Face?)
Addisons (severe hypocortisolism) and Cushings (too much Cortisol/ACTH) are more Common than people think. Either disorder can lead to more Severe mental symptoms like Psychosis/Paranoia, OCD (more high cortisol).

I would check Cortisol, ACTH and Thyroid Hormones as well as DHEA-S.

Other (Rare) Causes of What You Describe: Electromagnetic Influences, Radiation Exposure, Virus causing Sudden Inflammation, Arsenic induced psychomotor-reactions/Anxiety. Though, Arsenic and other Poisons even at Moderate Quantities would cause more Delirium-type Anxiety with a feeling of Dread/Ruminations (something bad is going to happen but I don't know what!). Is your Bodys way of telling you its going into Shock and it doesn't know what to do bc Cell Cycles are being shut down, Blood Pressure is sky-high so low Oxygen Saturation/Levels present!!!

The Teeth pain and Neck Pain sounds like your Fight-or-Flight response was activated as well. Think about Amphetamine; causes Teeth Clenching/Grinding because Norepinephrine rises quickly, is sustained and GABA is lowered in favor of Glutamate, which leads to abnormal Muscle Reactions/Tightening.

Im implying exactly "that"...

Its not spontaneous awakening, I cant sleep! I read a lot of stories, and there are people with the exact same shit for years!

I dont have any hyperpigmentation, last time my cortiso was ok

Last time they were all good.

I had this since protracted withdrawal started, but it became worse, the same sensations, pains, happened on other nerves first, they were all nerve pain. The tinnitus was worse too(its not the classic tinnitus, its a subjective one, generated by the trigeminal nerve)

Had a simmilar problem too, i would get hearth palpitations and suddenly snap out of trying to sleep and would start feeling anxious, stressed and thoguhts would start racing through my mind.

Exercising extensively throughout the day, getting plenty of sunlight, not using my phone or computer an hour before bed and about 2g of MgCl and 500mg KCl before the bed eliminated all the symptoms and now i sleep better than ever, with vivid dreams and everything.

I cant breathe properly, feels like I need to breathe "manually", when Im closing to sleep, I just stop breathing and the autonomic system does nothing

Did you had something similar?

First to say I feel for you, I have spent of few weeks with teeth and nerve problems recently!
ALL what you say including the breathing stuff is clearly an autonómic reaction!
I see this in all the groups about nervous system i am in, and all too logic for people who had to take SSRI etc!
Have you gone to the free resources I shared?
I am not feeling that bad but I have not hesitated to buy the longest paid course as we can use it "for life"!
At least use the free resources!
Now I spend my free time in those groups as I feel useful when I read the feedbacks!

However right this is about speaking of an autonomic sympathetic activation, and however right it is to remove the triggers... always will be missing a direct work on the ANS so that all this complicated endocrin system can be regulated autonomically as it should be.
As long as this work is done only by chance because aanyway our body does it, you delay the possibility to regain neuroplasticity or resilience.
If you knew how much this inner balance can be facilitated, you would start right away because this is a slow process and not accepting to start little, or delaying will never speed it up!

When I first crashed I had the same thing. When I would lay down to go to sleep I would stop breathing. Even during the day my breathing felt like it had to be on manual. I think its due to being cortisol dominate. I remember reading somewhere that adrenaline is responsible for keeping our breathing on auto pilot.

I didn't get any permanent gains in this area until the snap back from an andro cycle, but I think high dose ru is better and faster. Also I have been sleeping pre pfs since I started my TE protocol. My hair test showed low adrenal function and since I have been taking the supplements geared torward Adrenal my sleep has been great.

Mucana pruriens was one thing that I found gave me some relief, but my hair test showed I have high manganese and that suppresses dopamine. We are all different so I recommend a hair test to figure out what is going on. It's the most illuminating thing I have done so far. You could also take ru in the mean time to see if that helps. Magnesium before bed also helps.

You need to do things that lower cortisol, increase cortisol sensativity, and increase the adrenals.

Its so strange, when Im drifting off sleep, I feel a jolt too, in my chest, I can feel all the nerves involved with this crap, its like a connection between the brain and the body are missing.

I dont feel sleepy at all... its madness

This sounds very familiar to me, as I struggled with the jaw, neck, teeth pain, and sleeplessness for a couple months at the start of this year. For me, getting more calcium and magnesium helped all of this.

In the short term, phosphatidylserine and oleamide are the two best things I found for sleep that won't hurt you in the long run like harder options (benzos, barbiturates, etc)

Thank you, I will need something in short term, I need to sleep, or my brain will start to melt

Mirtazapine really helped my sleep in the past. You will feel drousy in the first 2 weeks however, so its not ideal. Can imagine you would be hesitant to take the antidepressant route again.

But you were able to sleep?
When I first crashed I could get 4 or 5 hour of sleep a night but after a while things progressively got worse to were I would be a awake all night and maybe get an hour or 2 but never at one time. Maybe 5 or 15 minutes off and on through the night. Any little thing would keep me awake or wake me up.

The worst was I would have to lay there and consiuosly breath or I would feel like I was suffocating. Sometimes I would get up in yhe middle of the night and try to meditate and do breathing exercises to try and reset.

You sound like you have it worse than I did in ways but I have been there and have gotten through it, and you can to. Pharmaceuticals are not the answer.

An easy experiment to see if it is a cortisol/adrenaline issue is to take a cold shower, as cold as possible for at least a couple of minutes, right before bed. It should get your adrealize pumping and give you a momentry of sleep. Make sure your whole body is completely under water.

SSRIs did something to my spine, when I try to sleep I feel weird shit through ALL my body... I cannot sleep...

I know that pharmaceuticals arent the answer but what am I supposed to do? Wait till my brain dies? I dont have time, I need some rest!

Theres a SA user who cant sleep for 4 months, his only choice was benzos.

Sure thing. Read up on these a bit before going the benzo route, because it sounds like your insomnia is really similar to what mine was. Another thing that helped me to a degree was ziziphus, from @Cdsnuts protocol. The albizia didn't do much for me sleep-wise, though. I stacked ziziphus, oleamide, phosphatidylserine, magnesium, and l-theanine on some of my worst nights and it usually had me asleep within 30ish minutes.
