Yes when I do something wrong in life or games, in the past Inwould get so much angry at me, frustrated, etc.. this was something I used to learn new things but now with PFS, I just cannot and I dont learn.. what do you think? Seems sympathetic system is not accesible. And also 1 year ago I got so much angry at someone and for the rest of the day I was very good with lots of feeling that I had lost in the past.

hmmm...I'm not sure why you're experiencing that.

I probably went through a similar phase in years 1-2 of my crash. For the past year this has improved alot for me. I get frustrated when I lose too much or make bad decisions in a game. I also have the drive to do well in my studies. I don't like getting low grades.

I'm still missing the complete connection I had to music though. I don't enjoy it to the same level as before. I would have earphones on almost all day. It was almost an addiction for me.

How long have you been crashed? I felt alienated with no emotion for the first 5 years so music had no effect on me, around year 6 is when I got emotional I noticed it first with songs I overheard. Now with the ongoing sides I'm turning overly sensitive like this

I don't remember what protocols I did but recently those "mood" probiotics from Garden of Life helped me feel more upbeat. Now I'm trying to build up testosterone with exercise so I'm less emotional.

Copper or progesterone would probably work to get more sentimental. Zinc, DHT or anything which increases DHT should do the opposite, causing you to not give so many shits and being emotional. Lack of anger, drive or competitiveness sounds either like low androgens as Rebel said or maybe you being too numb, which could point to high serotonin. Low estrogen could also be the case or you previously being very high in it.

You could also just try to increase your motivation without relying on redirecting your energy you got from frustation or anger, for example through dopaminergic supplements, diet or natural methods. Not sure what works best for it, I'd say being outside a lot, taking strolls, exercising, sunshine, etc.

I have low T, high progesterone and I am taking copper supplements for 4 months now. I have spurts where I am just very irritable and aggressive. Just a few weeks ago I punched and threw my glass blender on the ground because the the ripe avocado's I bought, weren't ripe at all. Quite comical when I look back now. Not sure which supplement or low hormone make me act this way lately.
