Refined sugar does like cookies and candy, fake juices/soda and shit. I don't feel energy or anything after that quite the opposite actually. I feel good when I take in sugar in the form of fruits and fresh pressed juices/vegetables. I believe it is from the mineral and electrolyte balance you get with it so the body can utilize glucose properly. But, I also workout a lot of do sprints, saunas and stuff, so maybe that is another way it doesn't bother me at all too since I could use some of the extra glucose. If you feel good on it, it can't really hurt you since your body will just regulate it since its a whole food really.

Also, a lot of these veggies can actually lower blood sugar and even increase insulin sensitivity, like ginger for example. So when you combine a lot of them together it is a nice balance.

I also don't eat breakfast. I wake up, juice 30 ounces and just drink it pretty quickly. Then I don't eat a real meal until lunch time which is like 4 hours later.
Yeah refined sugar = burn out into 4 lows IMO. It speeds you up, and provides no nutrients to use in the process. So it just forces you to burn stuff you have in storage... In nature, when would that ever happen? Never!!! Let alone making your body weaker and unable to fight off things like candida etc. Also causes too fast oxidation, leading to things like anxiety etc.

The biotta breuss juice ingredients are: Beetroot Juice, Carrot Juice, Celery Juice, Potato Juice, Radish Juice or
  • 1 beet (55%)
  • 1 carrot (20%)
  • 1 celery stick (20%)
  • 1/2 potato (3%)
  • 1 radish (2%)

Below is what I found online for the juice and tea components for someone who had prostate cancer, maybe there is more teas IDK

Preparation of Juice 600g beetroot 200g carrots 200g celeriac 60g radish

Preferably prepare juice each day using a low speed juicer/ grinder to avoid degradation of juice. Adjust the amount of vegetables to give half a litre (500ml) of juice per day – the amount of juice may vary depending on the juicer and the vegetables.

The Herb Teas

Sage Tea - I used half a litre per day prepared by first boiling 2 bags of sage tea in half a litre of water for three minutes and then adding one bag each of peppermint tea, lemon balm tea and St. John’s wort tea and boiling for ten minutes. There was no restriction on the amount of sage tea to be consumed and there was encouragement to consume more.

Kidney Tea - Prepared by mixing: 15g horsetail, 10g stinging nettle, 8g knotgrass, 5g St. John’s wort. I used no more than one and a half cups prepared by placing one table spoon of kidney tea in half a cup hot water for ten minutes, straining to remove the leaves, setting aside the liquid, boiling the leaves in one cup of water for ten minutes and adding to the liquid that was set aside.

Cranesbill Tea - I used half a cup per day, prepared by allowing half a tablespoon of cranesbill root to steep in hot water for ten minutes (the herb could not be obtained).

Small Flowering Willow Herb Tea (for prostate cancer only) I used one cup per day prepared by allowing one tablespoon to steep for ten minutes in hot water. The following teas were available from local health food shops: Sage, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, St.John’s wort, and Stinging Nettle
st johns wort kills my libido it's like a herbal SSRI

-I probably won't do this, because it's a waste of time and stupid.
-But what happens if you pour juice into the juicer?
-No electrical shock hazard rite? Can it explode?
-I'll probably do it.

is this an okay combo? beets, celery, spinach, kale, orange?

was saying that mixing fruits and veggies a no no? don't really notice anything bad from doing it though? what are the negative symptoms I should look out for?

the orange helps it taste good and also high vit c content. other celery / kale tons of nutrients. celery anabolic. beets good for NO / boners.

I never tried orange personally, but I read that the orange peel shouldn't be juiced since it contains strong oil that can irritate the stomach. I guess try it, if it bothers you and you get symptoms of gastritis, its from the orange, if not then I wouldn't worry about it.

The only fruit that is supposedly approved the mix with veggies is an apple.

I don't do it myself there's a high end organic juice bar that uses industrial machines. don't think they use peel it's pure juice.

beets, kale, spinach, carrot, celery would be considered pure veggie right? I can't rationalize using apples since I already eat one a day so if i'm gunna shell out 15$ for a litre want it to be stuff I don't eat as often lol.

carrots probably just a sweet as oranges juiced so might do that today

Yup! @Boris.
Not nearly as bad as JUICING tomato's, especially Raw, unripe ones with high SOLANINE content. Solanine-poisoning is NO-JOKE! Neurotoxicity, nightmares, BAD hallucinations (worse than a "bad" Salvia Trip!).

Is it ok to keep the juice refrigerated, like for a couple of days?

@Boris Look up Breuss fast components. there are also radishes and potatos, and teas and many other components.

Radishes stimulate bile flow like crazy and detox liver. In arl I remember my fav supplement was gb3, with radishes in it.

Alright so maybe you gave me my answer here for my thread. Maybe I’ll take gb3 with meals and start juicing radishes daily with my morning celery juice.

-=oh ya man. citruline/ arginine good too. Honestly tei does it too a bit, just gotta lose like 2-4lb or have a bit cleaner diet. --- I alternate day fast but it seems to piss people off for some reason. they don't realize as an adult I never truly ate. --juicing will get you vascular as heck, esp. beets.
