I've been trying to gather as much knowledge as I can on all the treatment protocols that seem to be floating around, but to be honest I am just overwhelmed. Considering I've been researching into treatments for almost a year now you'd think I'd have a grasp on it but at the end of the day I feel like I have no clue what I'm doing.
I have licorice root that I have not yet taken. I've read on here that licorice root acts similar to ella in several ways but also have seen some pretty sketchy side effects from it as well. I am functional at this point but definitely am not fully recovered yet. Assume I am a blank slate, what is the best first protocol to jump on? I've seen ella/zinc finger+electrolyte protocol, r/andro/prog protocol among many others. What do you all think would be the best start? Again, it seems that since I already have licorice root and I've seen some positive stories here about it that it would be a good start (also, if it's similar to ella and I respond well I could substitute in the ella instead) but I am hesitant to do any more damage to my body. If not, would starting with super r andro cycle be a good place to start?
Sorry if this has been answered before - I've tried searching all this but the info seems to be scattered and a little difficult to find a starting point.
