Lymphatic system

This topic will LOOK personal, but it is not. Well, I go through me in order to reach a more general understanding. I know that the lymphatic system is part of my issues, and regarding its role in the body, I guess my inquiry will help others. (what I want more personal is in my log)

I always wandered which cancer would kill my mother, and it was lymphatic, and one usually from chemicals. I just know I have to care too, because I can feel that my lymph does not flow properly and I have swellings, but I knoew NOTHING about it because the lymphatic system is rarely taken into account in "health theories".

I came across an article, and it raised my attention
...because that's me:
When the lymphatic system becomes overly "stressed", symptoms and signs can include:
 • chronic fatigue
 • swelling in lymph nodes (like throat, armpits or groin)
 • muscle aches and pains
 • joint pains
 • fibromyalgia symptoms

I refused the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, and I cleaned my system and rest and got better. Until it started again.
These two symptoms I had more often when young:
- sore throats and getting colds more often (still have enlarged tonsils)
- frequent infections or viruses

It seems that sugar and dairy are causing me flue or cold issues. And the zone of lymph nodes can feel burning under the skin at quite a distance from the nodes. I can feel the 3 zones and not only one.
I have had some issues with virus yes, then also fungi (respiratory allergy) and a little Lyme. Also mercury removing was an issue. As the lymphatic system is the cleaner, we have to clean the cleaner haven't we!

I want to detox my wastes without creating a big reaction...

In the morning I have swollen eyes, same as happened before I stopped gluten. I do not have general fluid build up, I am lean and reasonably active, but those "blisters" look like full of a fluid... Is it lymph? Or a histamine reaction?

Who knows something about lymphatic drainage? Is it really good? Or forcing too much?

TubZy I am not sure what Bio availability means or implies!
Now I cannot stand copper taste, though I have used it (oligo-element, quite used in Europe I think) against beginning flues with success.
I have used zinc last year, and now do not get benefit so I do not take it.
I needed Mg and P5P.
I have had a diet high in bananas and avocado = potassium. But last year I was high in fruits and low in veggies.

I tend to muscle cramps at night and my muscles easily have "knots", or feel "electric" as if my cells vibrated.
I have been wandering if I should supp in potassium or manganese.... Let's see what the hair test will say...

I took Wobenzym enzymes, felt good on them. They work well for lymphatic system

From my research on lymph, the best thing to move lymph is diaphragmatic breathing. This should be unsurprising as rest and digest time seems like a good time to detox. Rebounding (80s style trampoline) seemed to come up as well. There are also some herbs mentioned from the likes of Dr Morse such as cleavers, teas if you like herbs. Enzymes like the serrapeptase or wobenzyme would also be useful. There are some techniques with a combo of compression on the tight area along with diaphragmatic breathing for targeted release.

And is there a relation ship between histamine and lymphatic system? After all, when we have a histamine reaction, there seem to be some fluids there!

This article is really interesting.

The waste products from the cells must be eliminated to maintain life and health. ... About 10 to 20% of the debris is too large in size, such as discarded proteins, to pass back into the venous capillaries and has to exit via the lymphatic circulation, the body’s main waste disposal system. ... movement is slower and retarded if insufficient exercise is taken. The other retarding factor, a major cause of all disease or rather a major link in the chain of all disease is the fact that the lymph fluid becomes excessively full of acid wastes. These acid waste products produce a thicker lymph fluid so it cannot flow efficiently out of the body. ... This results in lowered cellular oxygenation and in turn increases the acidity of the cells, interstitial fluid and lymph fluid. This is a vicious circle, and unless appropriate action is taken disease and or pre-mature death eventually follows.

I think I've the explanation of my cells not burning properly sugars and producing lactic acid.... the explanation of my lymph nodes and burning sensations... Thick lymph and too much acidic waste products.

It can take years for this gradual clogging up of the system, lowered oxygenation and further reduction in the burning efficiency of the foods and dead cells that are required for a fresh and healthy life. So when one refers to detoxification the issues can now be more clearly understood.

Yes I do...

Most of the stubborn waste in the Lymphatic and interstitial fluids is composed of degraded protein, some from poorly burnt food some from dead cells. Enzymes facilitate the dissolution of these proteins and render the fluids that contained them thinner, again promoting easier removal from the body via the lymph and interstitial fluid/venous system.

I’m not sure about the pH explainations as they quickly end up in the woo woo end of the pool. But in ANS terminology which you are familiar with, sympathetic nervous system causes the saliva and mucus to become thicker. I would assume the rest of the lymph would follow this pattern as well. I have noticed I get a good mucus discharge in my throat after some relaxing movements or mental release leading to physical release. I was guessing this was parasympathetic driven.

Lymph and fascia are both quite fascinating and probably under appreciated.

By they way chymotrypsin is made from tryptophan. I used ido inhibitor to beat my cancer. IDO inhibitor raises tryptophan levels in the body.

There is a guy in russia, Bolotov he cured 100s of thousands of people from cancer using tryptophan. Ray Peat is wrong in my opinion. He saw some aminos high in blood, and he thought they were causing harm. Those aminos are anticatabolic , since when you take them your zinc finger goes up, and cortisol FALLS

@Yura It's often a good choice to be done with doctors.
I've been my own walking pharmacy since my mid 20's. But lymphoma is serious - it may not be a bad idea just to check it out.
You don't need to agree to whatever they're recs are. You probably don't have it, but it's good to get checked out to be sure.

I myself had some things checked out at a Rapid Access Clinic for Dermatology (very fast with no major wait lines).
I didn't take what they gave me lightly, but I'm glad I dealt with it rather than having it on my mind.

My mom had lymphoma and it did not look like this at all. In last stage her arm was globally swollen. There might be other signs, but in general is noticed a ganglia and a neighbor has also lymphoma and he also had swollen node.

Doctors are ok for tests and diagnostics more than for treatment, so you can use the "good" part!

I'm crazy hypochondriac in their eyes. So much negative energy around hospitals, fucking doctors and like I said I don't have painful or swollen lymph nodes. I have thick lymph a long time now. Due to low metabolism, low thyroid. Zero ability to detox shit out of my body.. Now I take HCL with meals and will start with hydrogen water. So will see..
