Do you think certain meditation styles contribute to or decrease hairloss?
@Helen
I went to a tibetan meditation session recently where they advocated breathing in and out both through the mouth. The dali lama and lots of tibetan buddhists also seem to go bald
My usual style is breathe in and out through the nose, in for 4 seconds and out for 8. When i do this i get massive blood flow to my extremeties, like i can feel the veins in my forehead throbbing. Im guessing this is better for hair health???
Interesting to hear your thoughts. Maybe my style retains more CO2, like buteyko, good for fast oxidisers... and the tibetan style is good for slows and increases oxygen??
