That is impressive IHateFin . I wonder how much energy I would feel taking 600 mg in one dose  It is remarkable how her HPA axis was restored using ru 486. She must be feeling energy through the roof for that dosage and time period.

Adrenaline overload LOL

Guys what you feel about adrenaline is very important I think I have very low cathecolamines on blood, and DHT in the brain creates more adrenalin. I can confirm this statements because some weeks I have been totally recovered adrenaline was back there, and when I am in pfs mode, Im very relaxed... (if I have cortisol and anxiety in check).

Everybody here should make Cathecolamines test in Urine and Blood.

I know people are running low doses, say 50mg for 7 days or so of Ru486.
What about someone that wants to tackle PFS and raise their mood. I supposedly have symptoms of a mood disorder (I attribute more to real life events though, but that's besides the point).

The point is: I think using this will help a lot of things. What about 600mg for 7 days? Or is that just a waste. I definitely am down... depressed - it's situational and chemical. If this helps mood disorders and blocks progesterone, it may help me tremendously. @IHateFin studies like the one you posted make me think that ru486 can help remedy med-caused dysfunction of the HPA. The doses are high there.

This study, Mifepristone (RU-486) treatment for depression and psychosis: a review of the therapeutic implications
states:

"
Using these criteria, respectively, it was found that 18.2%, 36.4%, and 27.3% of patients responded to 50 mg/day; 50%, 70%, and 60% responded to 600 mg/day, and 33%, 66.7%, and 66.7% responded to 1200 mg/day. The results of this study also suggested that high-dose treatment (≥ 600 mg) for short periods (≤ 7 days) was the optimal method of administration.
A second trial has been carried out recently with a longer follow-up period (Simpson et al 2005). "

May just be covering themselves.. like a lot of "research chemicals" are sold with such warnings.
-Sarms -Ostarine, LGD.
-Ru58841, peptides, etc.

Actually maybe it's not bad per gram or per 5 grams... but that's a lot of abortion powder.

"5-6 years ago (age 18) i came down with strep throat. i was sick for about 2 weeks. within the first week i started to notice e.d. problems. now that i look back at it, a lot like what ppl complain of after using deca (deca dick aka zero libido and dick ifeels like its not even there). i also began to notice all of the symptoms of low testosterone (fatigued, loss of strength/energy, no concentration, zombie-ish, depression, etc, etc).

i went to like 4-5 different doctors, tons of bloodtests with little to no clarity. doctors all thought i was crazy. the one thing that i did notice was that for my age my testosterone was low (always ranged from in the 200's-400's). so i "knew" that was the problem. i also noticed that my progesterone was high, but none of the dr's commented on it and i had no idea what it meant....

so i went on trt..standard test cyp and hcg. i noticed some help in areas, but nothing huge and no improving in sex drive and erection strength. i then spent the next 4 years w out having sex a single time or any girlfreind, mainly because i didnt want to deal with the sex problem.

over this time i had continued and continued doin research on my own over the net. i began to read about deca dick/high progesterone, etc. i noticed that all of my tests over these years have shown high progesterone, often times over the range. more and more research into it and i came to my own conclusion that high progesterone was my problem and was also causing low t. a very good dr in this field agreed that seems like it may be my problem. but he said there is nothing he can do for me as very little is actually known about the effect of high progesterone in men.

so again more research and i noticed that winstrol (stanzolol sp?) and ru486 are some of the few known anti-proesterones out there. i couldnt get a script for either of them. i didnt know any steroid dealers so i wasnt going to be able to get ahold of winsrol. so i bought some mifeprex/ru486 from an online pharmacy. i took 50mg for 12 days. during this time, and for the first time in 5-6 years, i noticed morning wood, 100% hard erections, and i actually had a sex drive. i could actually "feel" my dick.

this lasted (finally feeling like a normal 23 yr old) for about a 5-6 weeks. i should have stopped trt at that point, but i didnt and my e2 began to raise, and i started to notice gyno-ish signs. thats where i am right now...."

So this guy had taken deca? He wasn't an accutane user was he?

Still interesting to see that having high levels of progesterone can lead to sexual dysfunction for 4 years in a person. Also interesting that changing his test levels using test cyp didn't help his sex drive which is potentially due to high progesterone. This is promising as it shows what can seems like permanent damage to sex drive, can just be a hormonal imbalance.

Have you ever had your progesterone tested? for it to last 5-6 weeks is very good, he may have had a better baseline as well

Nah he never took Deca, but he noticed the symptoms were so similar that he guessed it must have something to do with progesterone.

So did he take anything? Surely high progesterone would not just appear out of nowhere, especially to have an effect so significant it lasted 4 years. There must have been some kind of a trigger or cause, or this loses credibility for me.

Strep throat infection was the trigger. Strep throat can cause rheumatic fever where antibodies produced against the bacteria can also attack the heart, joints and kidneys, so it is definitely capable of triggering sever reactions in the body.
