Yura, you should read carefully what I write. The reason metabolism is low is since free radicals are high. Body puts metabolism down on purpose. Then if you get rid of those free radicals with hydrogen water. Your body raises metabolism. And that uses up all your free copper , iron etc , and gets rid of most of your toxicities.

I don't speed up metabolism like Ray Peat suggests, I increase glutathione SOds, and decrease hydroxyl radicals, So the body is ALLOWED to raise metabolism. You seem very confused on how it all works.

If you sit in slow oxidation and you rest. Nothing will happen. You will get more and more toxic in free metals. Since your elimination channels are down. You dont sweat , your bile movement is zero. So you cant get rid of anything.

But it is stupid to raise metabolism since metabolism is slowed to keep free radicals in check. SO what you need to do is scavenge Hydroxyl radicals, and this will allow your metabolism to speed up . You dont speed up metabolism yourself. You seem to keep misreading my whole idea.

But it makes me depressed if you think that I can do shit without hydrogen water.. I have no money left for this things. I quit job 4 years ago. I coudn't function. Just keep in mind that H2 gas is highly explosive, so it has to be in a place where it won't get knocked around or dropped and cool/little temperature fluctuation.

Yeah, definitely gotta be really careful. Also probably a good idea not to keep the tank screwed in when I'm not using it. I'm not trying to blow up my kitchen due to a hydrogen leak haha

It'll be cool if this works, but more than anything I'm just hoping to get a fun project out of it.

Found a cheap validated DIY way to produce hydrogen water. Using water, magnesium, and malic acid, and sealing it in water at low temps to increase pressure. Seems legit. Only downside is that it also produces magnesium malate - but that's not necessarily a downside depending on the person.

There are some machines on amazon , that make h2 gas. for a 1000. they make 500 of H2.. don't know how good those are.

Previous lourdes ( the red one costs 1000) but this new one allows you to breath hydrogen.

Pills and sticks had very mellow effect. First week when I used hydrogen, I had crazy detox symptoms.

I tried this, you can also buy sticks, pills, etc. Those are not even close to machines.

I am also sure that my problems are also largely from taking T4. Now for like 10 years. Before that I think I had celiac and gut issues from bad diet, but I was still eating gluten, painful diarrhea all the time.., acne-accutane, Btw I think I have Kallmann syndrome-no sense of smell from birth and puberty very slowy maybe when I was 20.. I was like 21 when I was tired to death. Sleeping 12 hours a day with zero energy etc.. So I got T4 and felt better. Then I was starting steroids and here I am. Fucking mess. gbolduev what should I do with T4 pills. I am on 125mcg.. Should I just stop taking them or what? When I lower my dose TSH goes really up and I feel much worse. I would love to jsut stop. But I feel like I will end up in coma or with hearth attack latter. I feel in my chest here and there that there are some issues..

1/ Put 4 x 5" 99.9% magnesium sticks in a resealable beer bottle
2/ Add 2g malic acid
3/ Add in near boiling water; fill to the top. Seal
4/ Place in fridge/freezer (not sure which? couldn't make it out in the video, I think he said freezer) for 45-90 minutes
5/ Drink immediately afterwards upon opening
6/ Clean magnesium sticks in vinegar for 1 minute, rinse
7/ Re-use magnesium sticks until there's nothing left

This method is different then the pills/sticks that are commercially sold. He talks about those in the video, also says they are no good, maybe have like 0.3 ppm. He tests it in the video, he got 2.6ppm. He costed it out, said it costs about 3 cents a bottle this way.
