I am not supposed to be consistant. I am learning just like everyone else. I said, I used sticks and rods, and I could not get it to work. if someone can , good luck to them

UPDATE: Been using this machine for a week, and definitely getting good results. Improved skin quality(major sebum reduction)

and boosting metabolism(warmer hands/feet with no sweating). Used the inhaler only once so far, but it is too stimulating and led to lower quality sleep. Detox reactions seem to be diarrhea and couple random hives so far. Simple to use and seems effective, will report in after 1month.

5min setting is supposed to produce ~1ppm MH in about 250ml water.

How long this will work? For this price you can buy crazy amount of elemental magnesium, citric acid, test tubes for urine and make hydrogen water in PET bottles from coca cola like for 5 years.. We will test it with blue drops soon. Hopefully it will have at least 3ppm..

this brand claims to produce 10ppm of hydrogen in 500ml of water, maybe it is a good way to test if it works for you and then based on the response you decide if to buy a machine or not: Quicksilver Scientific H2 Elite

The problem with tablets is that you will get magnesium and other stuff from it. So you can't be so sure if its hydrogen or magnesium or whatever. Btw keep in mind that you need to put the tablet into the pet bottle filled with water to the top. Then shake it a lot for 30-60 sec and open it after couple of minutes. If you put the tablet just into the glas the hydrogen will basically evaporate out of the water.. Tablets are joke. They are expensive as fuck and they are full of fillers etc. Just buy magnesium rod with some citric acid and you can make much higher concentration of hydrogen.

I don't understand how this works if the bottle is not filled with water to the top. So hydrogen has no other option. Only be pushed by pressure into the water.. If you have bottle with a lot of space/air in it. Hydrogen will accumulate in this air and as soon as you open the bottle basically 99% will evaporate.. Thats why hydrogen from tablet or "test tube in the bottle" method have significantly higher concentration of hydrogen in the water. You fill the PET bottle from carbonated drink(designed to hold big pressure) to the top. The bottle will expand and make some space for hydrogen, but then in the bottle is very high pressure and when you leave it like this for couple of hours. The hydrogen will be pushed to the water more and more. Then you shake with the bottle a lot so even more hydrogen will be mixed into the water and now you have the real deal.. We will test soon what is the most effective way to make the highest concentration.. Then I will post the most effective "protocol" how to make the highest concentration..

Tablets or already water with hydrogen? If its water in some bag it will have very low concentration.. Hydrogen is escaping more and more as time goes by.. Buy stupid magnesium rod, citric acid and make your own very cheaply .. I do not know why people can not understand that it is simple chemical reaction which makes hydrogen..

meaning, if you drink more normal water you will get your needed H2... they only use enriched water with H2 to not make participants in the experiments drink 10L of water per day LOL

They are talking about without having to consume a copious volume of water but lower in hydrogen. Not normal water LOL. Normal water is H20. Hydrogen rich water is H20+H2. There are some spring waters/wells naturally rich in molecular hydrogen. That's why water like this "can heal" and people going there and drink that water. But normal tap water has no molecular hydrogen lol..

I cut the rods into 8 pieces. So they will fit into small urine test tube which fits into hole from PET bottle.. The powder from cutting the rods can be also used in the test tube.. For 500ml PET bottle is used like 1-1,5g of citric acid. With this amount of acid will be "consumed" around 500mg of magnesium from the rod..
