Thanks

It just worries me how some get lowered libido and it disrupts their sleep on h2 and @bruschi11 is having problems getting off it. Libido and sleep is the exact thing I’m trying to fix and not sure if it’s a good idea spending that much money on something that may make me worse.

It’s currently held in customs so haven’t taken ownership of it just yet.
my hydrofix is currently held in customs too, but i now fear it may be on its way this week as i sent off all the paperwork to clear it, what you gonna do with yours? are you gonna keep it or refuse it so you dont have to pay import taxes? ... iv been using the high rich machine and now i know its just as good, i am not sure what to do

important here for slow oxidizers as hydrogen speeds us up.

But it isnt the case if its lowering potassium.
I thought it was clear from the beginning, that it does not speed up. I think first it was said to allow the body to run faster. By making sugar metabolism work, lowering ROS etc.
But if its not, I dont think there is any speeding up in metabolism, or am I wrong ?

If anything it's getting worse over time. But I'm also under a lot of stress right now with exams and stuff so that might influence things a little.

Sorry man. I also have tons of people who are trying this stuff and it is divided in halfs, some feel good and bought the machines, and others just feel terrible.

if you have the money and hydrogen is working for you . Hydrofix is a fancier machine. you will like the inhalation. Do you have an inhalation option in your high rich?

no inhalation option for my high rich, but i found a website not so long ago whereby you can buy the converter ... what do you think i should do? is the hydrofix worth it?

it depends on your money situation. some people like to drive mercedes and some are ok on volvo. both cars drive and do the same stuff.

this is why I said from the start buying an expensive machine without tryin this out first, is crazy, unless you have money and dont care.

i have been trying it out with the high rich, i dont actually have the money for the hydrofix but i was under the impression that to keep drinking hydrogen water long term then i would need to upgrade to a lourdes model to be safe. This has been the vibe on this thread since the beginning up until your post today stating no real difference in the two models.

i'll have to look into returning it, but i will still loose money on this.

No worries, It's not all bad. I know it was all experimental. I do think my metabolism is speeding up from it too (or my body is just better at metabolizing fats instead of sugar). I feel bad from the lack of sleep but somehow I still feel less lethargic than before hydrogen.

Bud, I stated my opinion about it based on 5 months intake. My opinion is really crap as far as safety of those machines goes. I don't know about. I do inhalations now and I dont run at risk of leaching at all. Can over time both of these machines leach. May be. but I have no ability to test it over time.

Is hydrofix a better machine - yes. Is it better for the money . No. If you could afford hydrofix, drink hydrofix water. All I am saying that I found that high rich was fine to me. And especially since I inhale the gas.

And the cheapest the safest way to make hydrogen is NOT hydrofix, it is a magnesium rod in the tube. method. hands down. Since in that method you know that you have no titanium or steel or platinum plates, and you dont leach anything at all.

My posts were not really about the machines, it is about discussing with Jay my findings and how hydrogen really works, and what we can do to use it more efficiently if we use it.

Jay as far as I know did not have any side effects when he started to drink hydrogen. SO it would be interesting to see his oxidation rate.

fair enough, Im a volvo guy, so ill probably stick with the high rich and buy the converter for $60

In slow oxidation there is too much hydrogen and sulfite available. Since without thyroid hydrogen is simply not used. and sulfite does not turn into sulfate, since molydnenum wont be available without FAD and FAD is made in faster metabolism.

So this is why people compain about hydrogen sufite and actually this gas causes brain damage. and people try to get rid of it)) http://www.csun.edu/~dorsogna/byron/H2Snew.pdf

and at the same time there are studies like that 8102113_Hydrogen_sulfide_may_improve_the_hippocampal_damage_induced_by_recurrent_febrile_seizures_in_rats

Neuroprotective Effects of Hydrogen Sulfide Against Early Brain Injury and Secondary Cognitive Deficits Following Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. - PubMed - NCBI

So this is all very confusing

@TubZy you feel drop of the potassium on hydrogen water ,right?

Not sure exactly what was dropping, but adding lot sea salt with a big meal helps/prevents the overstimulated adrenaline type feeling.

Question- when you mentioned that you could potentially feel worse over time on hydrogen, didn't you experience a month of feeling like crap then you felt good when you first started it? Was that from metabolism adjusting?

yes, at first I felt like total crap for a month then it adjusted and I had more energy but I felt always a little more depressed than before ,just like on keto diet,
