@Niles

Been following your log closely.

Are you back on TEI supps or taking a break? If off your supps are the mental improvements sticking ?
I had to kind of taper off the supps from my last round, since when I went cold turkey I had a bad flare up in many symptoms. I'm taking nothing at the moment and I feel great. Well, great for PFS. All improvements sticking. Now just waiting for the results of my last test to hop on another cycle.

You started as a fast 4 right? Now you're a fast 1? That's a good thing right? Did your improvements stick? Keep it up bro
Thanks man. Yeah, I'm back out of four lows, which is definitely a good thing, and I feel way better all around. I still have downswings, but they don't last nearly as long as before. I'm a firm believer in TEI now. Progress may be kinda slow, but it's steady and reliable. It's been the best thing I've done for PFS by far.

Could someone explaine me what does it mean to be fast 4 or fast1?
Thanks

What do you eat?
Sardines, eggs, avocado, chicken legs, chuck roast (beef), broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, beets, olive oil, beef tallow, and occasionally potato. I keep carbs pretty low most of the time and try to eat a lot of healthy fats with my protein.

Been a long while since I last updated, but not much to report at the moment. I finished my last round of TEI nearly a month ago and have been off all supplements since. I'm feeling pretty good - stress tolerance is good, downswings are very mild and short, and overall I feel stable. My libido is still weak, erections inconsistent, and androgen action feels generally weak, but mentally I feel good. I'll be submitting another hairtest and going on another TEI cycle soon.

This past month I moved to New York City, which was/is stressful, but I've been able to handle it like a champ. I'm lucky to be in a spot with easy access to quality food and a gym literally a block away, so though my routine was disrupted briefly during the move, I'm now back in the swing of things. A year ago I couldn't possibly imagine making this move, due to stress intolerance alone, but I'm now in a much better place and I feel lucky.

No breakthroughs or significant improvements since my last update, but I'm optimistic and excited to start this new chapter of my life and hopefully put PFS behind me. Onward and upward!

P.S. - I've missed out on a lot of forum discussion these past couple months, so feel free to fill me in on any revolations I may have missed.

Was looking forward to hearing from you man.

No real revelations. All I can tell you is you were spot on when we met last year. You said something to me like “I think sometimes like in your case, you need to manually attack the pathogen rather than just use TEI/ARL to fix oxidation.”

You were spot on and I’m doing a lot better after antibiotic run and now moving back to balancing which has been greatly beneficial for detoxification.

I think many in this community could benefit from utilizing “manual pathogen attack” techniques for short periods of time. Also I believe building up the gut can be great if not necessary as you’ve mentioned as well.

You can see in my log’s most recent long post- I’m using both OCGuy gut drink and Patrick Smith kefir/colostrum drink.

Lastly, avocados and kimchi. I’ve tried it sure, but I don’t know how you love that mix haha.

Glad to hear you're doing well man! I'll check out your log soon to catch up. A few months ago now, I used Dr. Clark's anti-pathogen program and saw pretty good results. I think that was enough for me since I didn't have a major pathogen issue, but it absolutely makes sense for you to use antibiotics in situations when your mycoplasma flares up. Since I went after pathogens, I've been consistently using probiotics, prebiotics, and fiber to build up my gut, and it has gotten so much better. Used to have green stools and crazy bloating, but now everything's nearly normal.

Haha, I hope the avocado and kimchi grows on you. The quality of kimchi, when I make it, can vary a bit from batch to batch, but when it's at that perfect level of tang and spice, I think it's so tasty. Then that avocado to balance the spice and fill you up - ah, so good lol

Just came off of my last round of TEI supps recently, and man, things have been interesting.

So before this last round of TEI I had taken a break for maybe 2 months, and things were really stable during that time. Decent EQ, shrinkage reversed for the most part, good stress tolerance, decent mood, still a bit of lack of drive, and libido was at like 30%. I drank alcohol on average once a week during this period (so damn hard not to if you want a social life in NYC), and would get a boost in libido the day after every time where libido would go up to 80%. Hangover sex became routine lol. I wasn't on the forum much at this time because life had me busy, and life was good.

The big thing that took a toll on me before hopping back on TEI was caffeine; at first it was great as I was experimented with morning coffee - I would become almost manic, super social, and euphoric. But after a month or so I started feeling adrenal fatigue symptoms again, which for me is tired/wired, coffee makes me feel TIRED instead of stimulated, insomnia, and my adrenal glands literally hurt. Like a dull/numb/tingly ache at the top of my kidneys, I shit you not. So around this time I cut back on caffeine until I was able to cut it out completely and got back on TEI.

After hopping back on TEI adrenal fatigue symptoms cleared up within a week, but shrinkage came back, stress tolerance was shit, EQ was shit, and libido was 0. I rode the ups and downs for two months before the last week of cycle when my digestion suddenly took a hit, my teeth, cheeks, chin started hurting again, and I was getting nasty headaches nearly every afternoon. In hindsight this was probably a combination of added stress in my personal life and the TEI supps building up in my system.

I came off the cycle and started a digestive protocol about two weeks ago, and since then my EQ has been maybe as good as it's been since I crashed, and shrinkage nearly reversed. I'm definitely seeing a snapback after this last TEI cycle when it comes to sexual symptoms, to the point where I've been able to have sex multiple times a day for the past week. Sorry to be graphic, but even typing this out is getting me chubbed lol, which I could not have even imagined during most of my PFS journey. But it's not all good, as I still have a bit of pain in my teeth, chin, and cheeks every once in awhile, my stress tolerance hasn't quite recovered yet, my digestion isn't what it once was, and libido still isn't great. But, hoping that things keep trending upwards for awhile! I'm gonna wait to submit another hair sample until things level out.

Awesome news! I’m hoping the long term benefits of doing mineral balancing is really going to give us some good results.

Stoked for you.

The headaches and sore teeth and chin could be a healing reaction or toxins coming out and could take a while for it to leave your system. Are you taking coffee enemas or near infrared saunas? The coffee enemas can help with healing reactions.

Thanks man! I'm definitely happy with the results from TEI so far, even though it's been a bumpy ride. At first I was doing enemas and saunas, but I found they dehydrated me too much too quickly, to the point where it could take me a few days to recover. I've been in and out of four lows a couple of times already, so I think I'll probably wait until my mineral values climb a bit higher before giving them another go.

Yea fair enough, I think it’s good to slow down on the Sauna’s when your in 4 lows anyway. I think we might be in the same boat a little bit, I’m doing ARL and I’m my 5th cycle now and currently in 4-lows
For the second time, I’m sure you can agree that being in 4 lows is hard work and when things get tough but it’s a big healing cycle so it’s a good thing and I’m sure when we come out of it and our minerals balance out again we will both feel great!

All the best mate, and it’s good to hear people are getting results from this. I’m yet to see much myself but then again I haven’t stopped since I started which was well over a year now.

Thanks man, I really appreciate it! I hope you start seeing some gains soon, lord knows I was pretty stuck there for awhile lol. It builds character, though. Idk what your lifestyle routine looks like on top of ARL, but for me getting my diet and digestion on track was critical to getting the most out of TEI.

Just got a gaming laptop recently, any game recommendations? It's been like 8 years since I had a gaming PC.
