Just watched this youtube below, Ben Greenfield also talked about doing this: NAD IV drips??

Also the guy in the video was talking about "mnm" supplement, supposed to be a NAD precursor or something ??? which the guy in the video takes, sounds better than having an IV drip lol

Another one is "NR"

I think theyre all supposed to increase NAD+?
