Pigment loss in hair/eyes/skin: copper?

Anyone else here has pigment loss? I lost color in my eyes, they used to be dark brown but changed to a lighter brown/green mix. I have also started to get some random grey hairs.

I did some reading and it seems to be related to copper being unavailable (slow oxi).

Does anyone else have pigment issues? If yes, what is your oxidation type? Im trying to make some connections.

that's crazy. not saying trip about it.
my hair went from wavy to jagged / electrocuted, to straight in mid 20s and THICK shafts to fine. my pupils became deranged.

I know right, there was a period in my life like 2 years ago where my hair (head) went from straight/brown to wavy/with a redish glow. It is all related to (toxic) copper levels in body

It changed back to straight brown tho

Since PFS my hair went from a darker strawberry blonde to something much lighter, blonder, and more washed out. Also starting to get the occasional white hair in my beard.

That is very artistic description of a hair color btw :)) The change in blond color to white is way more uncommon compared to brown, black to white as some literature say.
