My mood always feels better when I take SAM-e, I guess that's helping my adrenaline since my cortisol is always high. Should I stick with that @Helen

@tallglass13 I just found this https://www.hackstasis.com/threads/synergy-herpes-cure.1759/

some people claimed that this combo got rid of herpes totally. means no signs of it in blood at all. which is very hard to do.

Chris, I would do your hair. do beard hair. and check out your metabolism, at least you will know what you are working with.

also check out that viral infection induces IDO , so your tryptophan goes down. and tryptophan is needed to break down acetylcholine.

so acetylcholine goes up. , this suppresses your dopamine.

Just read that tryptophan study thank you. Another reason to cycle Resveratrol apparently. I also know that I have a liver cyst, a friend of mine did an ultrasound on me a couple weeks ago.

@Helen ADHD is associated with low dopamine but i read a study saying amphetamines (adderall in this case main ADHD treatment) increase acetylcholine levels by 120% - wouldn't this be counterproductive? Makes no sense.

You have "thinning" eye brows on the corner, thinning and graying pfs beard, that white waxy stuff on the side of your scalp that comes with male pattern baldness probably from DHT but don't scratch it because you'll pull out your weakened hair follicles which are already being crushed by that white residue. Your eyes are a little watery. Don't scratch your nose if you go overboard it'll take weeks for the skin to heal in this condition and you'll look like a moron to women in the meantime, been there done that. The back of your head looks stupid, mine is too hairy yours isn't hairy enough either that's a buzzcut or part of the hair transplant but either way women don't care about those things they kind of sum you up as a package and put you in a category. If you have a little stress on your face that would make them think twice it's more of a truck driver who needs a vacation and to hit the gym and lose some belly fat kind of thing. You don't look like me where it's obvious I have a disease that might be contagious or I'm on drugs and I'm holding on for dear life. Apart from what I mentioned you look to have survived well, you have a lot less wrinkles than me. Don't take your age for granted be more disciplined about your diet now.

amphetamines agonize a2 adrenergic receptor. this is how they can downregulate gaba. receptor.

which I assume how it can help PSSD.

amphetamines increase noradrenaline and dopamine by lowering their transporters. I assume.

But eventually if you downregulate GABA, would you simply not get low GABA problems again with anxiety sleep problems etc instead of low Dopamine. It seems like body just switches balance around and you end up with high Dopamine low GABA balance.

Those aphetamins the after effect of them is just terible, like emptiness, like you dont exist, like very low dopamine i assume, like depression..., ridiculous to use them as the hangover from them is so bad, not to mention they are bad for teeth too.

What was the name of that movie with the amphetamins: Requiem for a dream. They definitely feel good in the movie.

barbaar's ADHD like me, i think he tried most that shyt and hated it. Although maybe not hyper... maybe more inattentive. I don't think anything's as hyper as me. It's damned exhausting. A squirrel scared the hell out of me 2 mornings ago, then I couldn't look away till I slapped myself.

I react terribly to (dex)methylphenidate, which to be fair is not an amphetamine but it made me kinda averse to strong stimulants.

That's ritalin right? Lot of people seem to react poorly to it (including myself/my brother and a friend of mine... all ADHD lol)

Dextroamphetamine (dexamfetamine) is much much better and works differently aswell. However most docs replaced the original dexamfetamine with amfexa which seems to be awful.

Yeah Ritalin, the dex- one is focalin. Both gave me extreme anxiety and paranoia before PSSD, and now don't do anything besides make me feel like I got hit by a train.

Damn, too bad. Maybe because your serotonin is already low vs dopamine and the amphetamines just increase the dopamine side even more.
