Being mis-dx'd is horrible. Happens all the time in psyche treatment.
Most my hair loss is telogen effluvium and perhaps the genes for hair loss being turned on I think.

Most docs deny this, but millions of ppl lose hair on SSRI's, SNRI's, Wellbutrin, Stimulants, and especially the anticonvulsants. I was lucky to avoid it on accutane, and the antidepressants (what a misnomer for me).

At least I didn't get SJS from Lamo.

I know this question is completelly out of topic but:
Did anyone ever tried HCG?
It seems to give a big boost to testosterone...
I was reading some "Deca dick" forum and they mentioned it as a possible cure that somebody used.
hereby what they said:

https://www.elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/still-deca-dick-after-post-cycle-recovery!-233878.html

"Try taking a high dose of tribulus with avena sativa, yohimbe and horney goat weed. This fully legal stack will help you out.
Tribulus/Avena Sativa/Yohimbe/Horney Goat Weed."

"HCG is the answer my friend. it will stimulate your endogenous test production, which right now is nonexistant. run it for three to four weeks at 250-500 i.u's/ed. also run clomid at 100mgs/ed for say 4-6 weeks and then at 50mgs/ed for another 4-6 weeks. this should cure you. that is exactly why i will never use deca. its crap. there are too many other good choices. next time just use EQ instead. not nearly as suppressive as deca."

"Eurycoma Longfolia
Murcina Puriens(sp?) my bottle is downstairs), works wonders at restoring sex drive by inhibiting prolactin secretion.
Dostinex + HCG + Nolvadex for 4 weeks and you will be back in business bro ""

Any thoughts?

After trying out Zn and Mn, I’m feeling spaced out, low energy and depressed for last 3-4 days now despite taking L-arginine that might have helped with energy level. Has anyone else experienced same and what helped?

Does anyone else have or had PSSD or PFS and then later contracted the other?
I had PSSD, conquered it. Now I have PFS. Does having one predispose getting the other?
I used to think it does and that's why I didn't use FIN until my hairloss was very significant.

nope, still trying to conquer the pssd. Can you let us know how you got past it? Like what your symptoms were and how and when they got better? We only have like 10 recovery stories in the pssd community

Ok I will try making a recovery story. I'm fuzzy on the details unfortunately. I'm sure some more than 10 got better with time and hard exercise, possibly change of location. And things like Nofap, no alcohol, no substances. It wasn't pretty, it was very hard for me -- but I had personality changes, and severe reactions.

It is related to histamine, and thus to copper and zinc balance.

good to know about the histamine/tinnitus relationship. Mine got out of control after my pfs crash and I've always known it was deeply connected, as it gets worse when I crash, but I haven't seen much conclusive data. any specific sources you'd recommend reading about off the top of your head?

Probably PFS related, you are not the only one... Mine was from SSRIs. Do you have sound sensitivity too?
At first minutes of sleep time maybe. I have waked up several times at my sleep beginning by common sounds.

I have tried cyproheptadine, which is an antihistamine, and it didn’t help. Currently taking copper. Even when I don’t take copper, I still have the issue. What do you think I can do?

Have a look at the topics about copper and histamine and histidine, and also check out better if you are a fast oxidizer or not. There is a recent thread about home-testing with a few tips you can test yourself. This can be an indication...

Also I think that if it was as simple as taking copper or zinc or antihistamine alone, this forum would not even exist. It is useful because it is complex, and protocols need to be complete and adapted to the metabolism of each person.

Also look at this showing that ejaculation linked to sympathetic
So if you tend toward the anxiety / speed side in life, you might want to look at this too.

According to that test, I am fast, which I already was assuming I was.

What neurosteroids are best for PFS?

Ray Peat claims Pregnenolone and Progesterone are ok for long term use. Im guessing DHEA and Androsterone aren't so much, and would at least need to be cycled. 5a-dhp supplementation probably hasn't been researched too much.

I felt great for a year straight on Pansterone and Androsterone. But I probably should have at least cycled them.

Im currently on 3 drops of 5a-dhp, every second day, because it seemed to loose its effectiveness easily if I use too much, too often. I was under the impression this was one of the better neurosteroids for PFS?

I hear you guys talk about R-Andro a lot.
