Here are my hair test results. Really feel like they're crying out for me to start the electrolyte protocol, but I'm only one month into my bloody cdnuts herb cycle! Not sure what to do because I spent a lot of money on these herbs.. But lowish Sodium, Magnesium and Potassium coupled with:

"Your mineral profile may be reflective of a deficiency in hydrochloric acid (HCL) production, which can result in inadequate protein digestion. Hydrochloric acid in a sufficient amount is necessary for thecomplete digestion and utilization of dietary protein. Symptoms such as bloating of the stomach,flatulence, and constipation may be observed with an HCL deficiency, especially following high protein meals"

Really just make me think that I should start the electrolyte protocol..

What do you guys think? Could I start the electrolyte protocol whilst still taking the herbs?

I think the so high zinc means you got copper overload, i think in this case zinc, manganese, selenium are recommended as well as electrolytes HCL pancreatic enzymes and amino acids in free form

Does anyone know whether my results indicate alkalosis or acidosis and if the electrolyte protocol is best for me based on these results? And whether I can continue on cdnuts herb cycle whilst doing the electrolyte protocol?

@HerrFisch

No I had exams and I wasn't focusing too much on my health (stupidly) and this unfortunately led to a few gut issues I want to get cleared up before I start the protocol.

ARL seem to low dose vitamines as well, but have high amounts of minerals and some other stuff such as garlic.

Also, most supplements need to be taken three times a day, so you’ll get in plenty
