Glad you came over here man. You found right place. I'd start with hair test and possibly look at the gut. Comprehensive parasitology testing would be great. Looking for Lyme and its co-infections wouldn't be a bad idea either.

But you really don't need to identify an illness. You can really go at this with hopefully balancing system and strengthening the gut. Would be a great start.

Try reading about the Vitamin A elimination diet. Works well for people that used Accutane. Vitamin A =retinoic acid=chemotherapy.

@Devolution as bad as you feel and as much as you are going through right now, please understand that you do not have brain problem, you're not ruined. All that happened is some pathways in your body got distorted quite a bit. Your detoxification got sub par due to this which in thus left you with pathogens, toxicities, and imbalances causing havoc in your system.

You can definitely get better from this. @Orion is an Accutane guy for what 10 years? And finally learning from @Helen on this forum he is close to cured

No never had that done before, I'm interested in it to an extent but i want to get my hormones tested first as such drastic skin changes could only be hormonal. My hair is very dry now along with other areas, im open to many ideas, so far I'm stuck on the androgen over expression theory as i have no other lead that could cause such drastic changes, but if i want to fix this I'll need to understand it, so maybe a hair test could indicate something wrong in other system.

The idea presented on this forum is that minerals control everything in our bodies, hormones are much further down stream. So get the minerals right and everything else falls into place (hopefully)
